Feeling extremely frustrated! "Bought" my new Iphone at this T-Mobile location 18 months ago only to find out today that Ive been leasing it all along and now owe a final LARGE payment. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 17 years and we have several other phones on this account that we ARE NOT leasing. I would have never selected to lease a phone....I dont need to upgrade every year or even every 2 years so theres no reason for me to lease. I am irritated at myself for not reading the fine print of the agreement and understanding what I was signing but I KNOW that the sales person DID NOT tell me it was a lease. I can remember the guy at the store clearly. He was hustling and rushing through and trying to take care of me and two others at the same time. Im not happy!!! I am thinking strongly about changing carriers.

The customer service is terrible. I went to exchange a iPhone 6 plus for one I had sent there from T mobile online service. I get there the guy is like let me see your phone then awkwardly stared at it and said let me take this to the back real quick. I was like WTF? He then returns with the manager talking about they cant accept my device because its slightly bent while continuing to treat me as if Im trying to scam them. Instead of doing whatever they can to help a loyal customer they basically told me that they cant help sorry goodbye. This place sucks hopefully I can find help at a different t mobile store but Im definitely never returning to this one.

Terrible. Going back to ATT. This store promised 3 $200 prepaid Visa credit cards for porting our 3 ATT lines. After several calls to T-Mobile, we are only getting one of the 3 cards (weve been told, but Ill be surprised if the one even comes). They messed up all of our phone settings (required calls to T-Mobile), and all of the promotions. They are worse than cars/mattress sales reps. Also, while the LTE connection was good, the phone connection is basically unusable - even with wifi calling. Also fun, Ive had to call every month to get billing corrected. Worst decision and company ever!

I was there for 15-20 mins didnt know I had to give my name or sign in, then another lady came and one of the tmobile staff ran to her and got her name , when I told her that no one had gotten my name and that I was there before her, she started saying that no, that the other lady got there before us and that was a lie. I dont know if it was her friend or what but that was not fair. They need to pay more attention and treat all customers equally. This is the last time I come to this location. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend it.

On her recommendation, I know where to look for the phone I want and the service I want. She did not try to sell me her phone or service from her company, but was exactly the technical help I needed. Seriously hate this place. Came in a good hr before closing, there were two families ahead of us....tell me why someone who came in 5 minutes before they closed got service before we did, if they had a list of who came in first. We ended up waiting for almost two hrs before we finally just left, without having anyone help or even check on us. Never again.

Horrible customer service alot of their display phones are cracked or have a blown up battery and they are missing many phones to display for example there was no display for the iphone 7 plus, they had a 6s plus in its place where it said iphone 7, they did not have an lg v20 to display. Overall I do not recomend coming to this store.

Wanted to buy a new iPad. Walked in and stood there for over 20 minutes and watched several people get helped who walked in after me. Was never even acknowledged. But there were employees standing around doing nothing. Every in store experience with Tmobile is horrible. Ill just have it shipped.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They always have plenty associates working but over half are hiding in the back, causing a long wait up front! Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins before being helped.
