Call another location or go to another store. I called to understand how Cricket worked and get a few phones for my kids. A very immature girl answered the phone laughing, talking to others in the background. She didnt know about the specials being offered, said "it was on, no off, no it is on, no wait its off, well i dont know." When I asked for her to describe how Cricket plans worked in general, she talked and talked and talked about all these plans I could choose from. I heard one that interest me but when I interrupted her to say I was interested in one she had already mentioned she said its not nice to interrupt someone when theyre talking. I explained that Im trying to save her time. Why continue telling me about other plans if Ive already heard the one I want. Again she interrupted me and said I dont care, its not nice to talk when others are talking. I said like youre doing to me right now? She hung up on me. I called back several times she would just pick up the phone and hang up. I waited a while, called to talk with a manager, she wouldnt give me a manager or a managers name. I asked for her name and she said Um, ahhh, lets see and hung up again. I called a competing phone company and bought 3 of their phones and plans. Cricket lost our business.

I walked in and was greeted immediately. The sales associate notified me of all the promotions they had going on and discovered I had an out dated promo and could have been paying $20 less for the same service. Im glad he caught that cause I would have continued to overpay. A+ customer service!
