Free estimate was the reason I came with my daughters phone the first time. It was just the battery, not big deal but they gave me a good impression. The customer service was good so next time I needed to change the screen, I went back. My friend had told me how much she payed for the screen in other place and here it was cheaper. When I picked it up, my son told me his screen was broken too and I was not happy to hear this so they without I asked, offered me a discount and both phones were like new. Today, six months after I got the battery, the phone was not charging. I went to see if there was a warranty on the battery. Unfortunately it wasnt. It turned on with other battery so I felt good to know it was just the battery again. They give a discount and I had to come back in 3 hours. I was on my way home when Amir called to say the phone was charging with the same battery and he wanted me to bring my charger to see if this is the problem, before he put a new battery. After he checked, the battery is working, the charger is good and he said probably the plug at home is the problem because everything was working properly and they didnt charge 1 cent. In this time when is hard to find honest people, I have to recommend them because they are good technitians but first, they are people with good values that respect their clients. This place is great! The customer service here is beyond a 5+. I will not be taking my business anywhere else, and I will be sending anyone I know here. I swear I called 10 minutes to closing and asked if I could still go to the store because I desperately need to buy another phone. Mine had broke and I just really needed to get another one because my sons party was the next day. And even though I showed up after closing and literally took forever to decide on a phone, he never rushed me out of the store. He was still very patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. He made sure I got the phone that suits me best and made sure I knew how to use it. He took the time to help switch my information and that it was activated and ready to use before I left. This place is highly recommended. Even if you need to drive a distance. Oh and the prices are beyond reasonable and fair.

WARNING.... DONT YOU DARE GO HERE FOR APPLE REPlACEMENT GLASS. iPhone 6+ replacement glass is low quality and basically just garbage. You can see an orange tint when looking at it sideways. Management and staff are unprofessional and wouldnt replace glass. Went there 3 times with a promise to replace only to be told to come back when tech is available. Finally spoke with a "manager" who was worthless. Needless to say if you want to spend $128 for an Apple iPhone replacement glass that is discolored and cheap as well as poor customer service , this is your place. DONT GO HERE for ANYTHING. TOTAL SCAM. One last thing, manager says you have to give him your password before you leave it with them for 1/2 day in Order to replace glass. They are all ready shady as it is so why would I trust them with a password to my phone? Do yourself a favor and dont go to these crooks.

The screen had partially popped out of the iPhone when it was accidentally dropped. Tech Savvy took a quick look at it, determined it was still working, grabbed a couple of tools and about a minute later all was well. Very polite, very fast - we had an Apple Genius Bar appointment over the weekend (4 days away) and while the Apple Store folks are OK, Im sure it would have taken hours to get done what took only a few minutes with Tech Savvy. Id recommend Tech Savvy to anyone as a great place to get your electronics fixed - quickly and reasonably. They also buy and sell equipment if you want to upgrade or add new toys to your household. Cant say enough about Tech Savvy - just a great experience and we are very, very satisfied.

Had a Samsung 4 that had major problems. It would only stay on for a few seconds before shutting down. After being told that it could not be fixed, we took it to Tech Savvy. The free diagnosis was the first pleasant surprise. Their customer service was remarkable and repair prices were excellent. But the most amazing act of kindness came when John spent hours recovering data (texts ) that I thought was lost forever. These texts were from a recently departed grandson. These gentlemen went above and beyond to recover these messages, and the repair cost was more than fair. Thank you for saving our memories! Customers forever...Dennis and Alice Fox

A couple of weeks ago, my daughter dropped her iphone se in a pool. After trying many home remedies such as rice, vacuum cleaning..., the phone still wasnt functioning 100%. She took it to this store and the people here were very helpful and their service was excellent. They made great effort to find out what was wrong and restore the phone at a very low price. The phone was back to new! It was also fortunate that they were able to fix my phone right before my family vacation. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need.

I brought three pieces of equipment and have three positive reviews. Great work and very customer friendly. 1) tablet quit working-needed basic solder repair to the power switch. Fixed in two days; works great now. 2) cell phone cracked screen replacement- fixed overnight. 3) Seagate external backup drive USB slot damaged by well intentioned 3 year-old. Seagate wanted $599 flat rate just to look at it! Tech-Savvy was able to repair the drive to fully functioning for a fraction of the price!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. They knew exactly what was wrong with my laptop. I thought it was not working but it actually needed a little configuration. They educated me about it and as a courtesy performed the configuration (at no charge!) I also had a cracked screen iPhone and they fixed it right away at a very nominal cost. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of help in fixing computers and cell phones. 5 star all the way.

These guys are amazing!!!!! Prices are so reasonable, service is super fast (one hour), and they are so knowledgeable!!! They have repaired multiple cracked iPhone screens for my family, but this time they repaired the LCD for me- the screen was not cracked and I did not know why my phone screen would not turn on!!!! I would absolutely recommend them to ANYONE!!!! They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in an hour for me!!!!
