Went in to repair a cracked screen on my Galaxy S7 black. They ordered a S7 black screen but the distributor made a mistake and shipped a S7 silver screen. We decided that it would still work so they made the replacement anyways. Now, my phone has a silver screen but they kept the black button so it stands out more, they also replaced the back with a silver one so it would match the front. All in all, the phone looks way cooler now because it appears more custom. When I picked it up the first time, I found a dead spot on my screen and I let them know and they were able to fix it after a day, no problem. Now, it works perfectly and my phone has never looked better. I was very impressed with their customer service and the timely manner in which they resolved my issues.

Outstanding customer service. I broke my screen on my iPhone 7+ And was going crazy because I needed my phone fixed ,So I went around a few places in my area and stumbled upon KinTech and was amazed at how they where running there repairs. Also they setup and how everything is placed in very comfortable environment.at end of my wait which was 30 min exactly,I was pleased to see my phone with a and beautiful new screen I recommend kintech to anybody and I assure you you will be pleased and satisfied as was I.

The service at this location was amazing!!! My phone was cracked like no other, also my LCD light went out and i was not able to see my screen. i was able to get my phone fixed at an amazing price. not only did the amazing people at Kintech fix my phone flawlessly, but they were able to send me home with a "borrowed phone" so that i wouldnt go without a phone for the time it took to get the product in and repair the phone. thank you Xaiver, and the gang for being there in my time of need!!

A very modern experience not only was the service exquisite the workers here were very time efficient with my cell phone repairs in less than 30 min it did not feel like it due to their positive environment, music, and acknowledgement I would just observe the items on the shelf and they would attend my every need. If at anytime my phone has any issues I would definitely come here I recommend Kintech for everyone its a pleasant experience!

Great customer service all three times Ive been there. First time I got my I phone 6S screen repaired (very affordable, they always have discounts) second time I went with a friend to get their screen repaired and third time I attended their anniversary bash which I won the raffle. They are very friendly and involved with the community. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They work hard to get you in and out as fast as they can this has been my 4th time coming and i have nothing but goods things to say about this company. They have always taken care of me and all my broken phones. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a quick repair.. Its also a cyber lounge so i get to hang out while i wait. My iPhone 6 original battery needed to be replaced and KinTech Houston helped me with replacing my old battery with a new battery. They are friendly and super fast! I also found out they work on laptops too so I will be taking my Macbook for battery replacement soon. Highly recommend this store!

Why go to Apple to fix your macbook when you can go to Kintech and get your laptop fix within an hour for a great price! My macbook had some trouble working and Kintechs staff took care of my laptop and got it to operate correctly. Erik and his staff sure can fix anything. Thanks for help!

Erik was FANTASTIC! really excellent service! Was very fast and professional with our repair! Sat down to watch an episode of Gotham and the phone was finished before I could get through half an episode! Loved the facility and the people there! Definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE!
