Melissa totally screwed me and my account just to hit her sales quota. She gave me a tablet that said was totally free. After numerous times telling her I didnt want it, need it, nor do I use anything android she assured me it was totally free and no reason not to walk out with it. By the time I got my bill it had a charge on it for the tablet. Cant take it back because its after 14 days. She even put me on a business account which took me 2 hours on the phone and another two hours in the store with another sales person just to fix her screw ups. Now Im stuck in a 2 year contract with something Ill never use. She wouldnt even return my calls or speak to me on the phone. Shes a coward and her customer service is in the toilet. Im not sure how she became a manager. Probably from swindling customers. Do yourself a favor and dont even talk to her.

I have to say... I was very frustrated when walking into ATT today. Luckily, I was met at the door by Chance! I am so thankful to have had him help me today! He made multiple calls on my behalf to get an error corrected that I myself couldnt do over the phone! I have never experienced such great customer service and someone who truly knows how important customer service is! This level of customer service was phenomenal and I cannot say enough great things about Chance! Thank you so much for helping me out today, and for understanding and taking care of my account issues! I will definitely recommend everyone who has problems, to see Chance! He will make you feel like family and take such great care of you!

I consider this location to be anomalous. I came in with a myriad of issues, but it was all cleared through the innovative solutions from this store. The employees were sophisticated, percipient, and extremely well-trained. I have never received the amazing service elsewhere as I have from this location. Given these deviations, there is no doubt in my mind why at&t continues being the global leader in the telecommunications industry. For anyone reading this, you should strongly consider this location for all of your needs. You have my word on it.

Horrible service!!! I ordered a phone and the gentleman was so pleasant..when i recvd notification it was delivered to the store i went to the store and was told by a guy named Peter that they never recvd a shipment and that he could not help me? I have escalated this to corporate. I have proof from USPS the phone was delivered and am appalled at how you can order a phone and then when you go to get your phone your told they dont have your phone? Despicable~

I had a veryy confusing experience trying to relocate my tv/internet/phone service dealing with an AT&T call center after moving. I went by the store and Melissa calmly went through the multiple orders, eliminated the overlap and solved all of the issues. Truly understands "taking care of customer needs"! Thanks!!!
