STOLEN PHONE!!! This store STOLE an iPhone 128g 6+ from us! BEWARE! My partner went in to change his plan from ATT to Sprint before he moved from Houston to Clovis/ Portales, NM (Sprint supposedly has better coverage in that area). ???Not realizing??? that I needed to be present, the store took the phone which was under my ATT account and told him that they would issue a rebate/ pay off the phone when he signed onto a new account--without even asking or checking who the phone belonged to. 6 months later, still no word from Sprint or the store. The clerk that my partner spoke to told him that it would take 90 days to process but when I called corporate about the issue 4 months after the rebate/ payoff was "processed," they had no record of the transaction. I expected Sprint to contact him in-order for me to release the phone but they never did. To add to this stores level of incompetence, they also started auto drafting my parter on his old Sprint account rather than the new account. We spent, literally, 4 hours on the phone trying to fix this particular issue with no real results other than to stop auto drafting the WRONG account--so currently he has $300 in credit that they WILL NOT return on his old account and he still cannot get them to auto draft from his new account; when he called to check the status of getting the $300 returned, they informed him that they didnt have any record that we had called in the first place to process the refund. This is seriously bad customer service. I dont care if this is a corporate store or not, Sprint should be ashamed at this unfortunate level of customer service at any of their stores. Ive called this store twice about this issue and both times the manager was, of course, unavailable, and of course, theyre the only person that can access the information. The manager "Kat" is suppose to be in tomorrow at noon while Im at work...lets see how that goes... Anyone have any legal advice? Should I get law enforcement involved?

If you are looking to save money with Sprint, they might be a good option for you. For those looking for quality in phone and customer service, this company is not for you. I recently joined Sprint because they gave me a great deal on two lines with unlimited data and text, but I started noticing that I was not getting service in many places. Then, I was looking to get a larger phone because the iPhone 7 was a little too small for my liking. Well, Sprint promises you one thing and does another. I was promised a 30-day satisfactory guarantee, but now that its a couple of weeks later it has changed to 14-days. Everyone from corporate and down the ladder says that I was told the wrong information and will not honor what I was promised. I am now switching to AT&T because I will rather pay the extra money for better phone service and extremely better customer service.

Customers waiting. Two employees including store manager wont help, never offered help, and held a conversation the entire time I was in store. Poor customer service. I wasnt in store to purchase, only needed help with my bill which the manager or the other lady not doing anything couldve helped with. They would rather watch while others customers wait than to help. It really is quite sad and pathetic. 4 people in the store on the clock and only 2 working. Waiting almost an hour to be told they couldnt help me in the store. When the manager said they could. But because of her lack or listening and offering help,, my time was wasted!

Adam is rude and an idiot to top it off. Most salesmen try to butter you up or talk you into buying more than what you came in for. Adam decided his tactic will be to not to sell you what you want unless you buy extra "bundles". He is a condescending jerk who has the audacity to insinuate Im too stupid to understand a "simple concept". I called Sprint who confirmed Sprint does not endorse forcing customers to purchase additional bundles in order to buy an iPhone. Avoid this store if you want any help.

Dont order online and pickup at the store. No guarantee they will find your order. In addition dont try to do business after 8-5 or you will have to deal with Vietnam customer service reps. Been on hold for 1 hour. If I wasnt under contract I would be gone. Can by a car quicker than upgrade a phone!

I was having a hard time doing my trade in buyout process. Called customer service to no avail. Frustrated, Came in the store, spoke to Adam Perez and this guy got me through the process using my phone in less than 10 minutes! Awesome sude, thanks for the help and much appreciated.

So we went to the store and were welcome by a rude sales guy if you gonna sell phones you need to improved your sales people I was gonna purchase a phone but because of that kind of rude attitude I wont and I will let other people know how horrible this location is .

Tried to change my plan and possibly upgrade my phone. Worked with Umer, he was unprofessional, chewing gum and uncertain how to get paperwork to complete a contract. He was unwilling to explain what was being changed on my account. Will not return to this store.

Please get you business hours corrected online. Google shows that this store is open until 7pm on Sundays but they actually close at 6pm. Extremely inconvenient and unreliable.
