Fixed the screen on my girlfriends I phone 7. I found that yall made phone repairs online. I was a little nervous but yall have excellent reviews and going to a Apple Store is a nightmare. I made an appointment online after she shattered the screen. Before I got there I got a call from a guy saying they had no screens instock and couldnt get one till Monday. I said that was fine it is what it is but I just want yall to look at it and see if its even fixable. He said ok and as soon as I got there I was greeted by a girl who was working and I told her the situation. She was super nice and found that they had one screen left and she thought she could get it done today. I said dont put yourself in a bind I can get it tomorrow or Monday if needed. She said come back in a hour so we did and sure enough it was fixed. She also recommended putting a screen protector on it again and we did. The phone looks like new and the screen works perfect. They also give you six months I believe if you have any issues with the screen which was something I didnt expect. Thanks again for making a unpleasant day a better one!

Ordered a battery for a two way radio and was told that it would take 3 to 4 days for delivery. Someone at the store was going to call when the battery arrived, two weeks later I called the store to get an update I was told that the truck that has the battery had broken down in a snow storm in IL and that it might be here in 3 days. I own a business that requires us to ship over 90% of our products as well as freight between our warehouses in TX and IL. We have never had to wait 2 weeks for a delivery or a shipment. If we have an issue with a delivery being late it is our responsibility to call the customer and let them know. Customer service? BPB should learn a thing or two about this.

I ordered a car battery online. The processs was easy and the battery was waiting for me when I arrived at the store. Unfortunately, the battery specified as fitting my vehicle was not correct. The staff looked up the same vehicle information and came to the conclusion I ordered the correct batttery. There was no attempt to find a battery of the appropriate size as an alternative and I obtained a refund and went elsewhere.

Was going to order online and get the 10% discount. Went to the store and was asked if I was a veteran, I am. They deleted the 10% discount and increased it to 15% Military/Veteran discount. When your buying 6 Golf Cart Batteries, that is a huge savings. Thank you. Our battery needs are with Batteries Plus Bulbs!

This couldnt have been easier, ordering the battery online, getting an email when it was ready for pickup (less than 30 minutes in my case) and picking it up on the way home from work. Easy peasy! Will definitely come back to this place for future needs!
