If every AT&T store has a similar customer service model the franchise is in trouble. I went in as a new customer, no current plan, and looking for a phone and plan. The sales rep did not introduce himself he sat down and immediately started asking for billing information. When we started talking about a plan and a phone he expected me to have already chosen a device and plan without comparing other models. I felt like I had walked over to the self checkout line at the grocery store. I stopped the conversation explained why I felt like he was wasting my time and left.

Dont choose to pay as you go they treat you like dirt. Very rude. Refuse to help or refund. I paid 25 bucks for a data plan that wont work on my smart phone. The employee Chris Honeycutt sold me knowing this and when i went back for a refund they couldnt give me my little 25 dollars i paid in cash back, couldnt even credit it to my account apparently the magic number is 20....??? SO BASICALLY THEY POCKET 5 BUCKS AND ARE KEEPING THE 20 ASSUMING I WANT TO STAY WITH A COMPANY THAT WONT LET ME HAVE DATA.

They have probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.. If they dont want to deal with you they just hang up. Also, their "technicians" are lazy.. Ive talked to them a total of 6 hours this week, yet no resolution. Ive cried and begged for their service at my new home. Taken off work twice for installation that never came. I was suppose to have service 3WEEKS ago.. Dont waste your time. Its not worth all the stress.

I have attempted to get my cell phone visual voice mail fixed on several occasions at this store and on the customer service line. On Saturday, Brad was very helpful and went out of his way to not only get my phone set up correctly but also my daughters phone. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days so I wanted to say thank you and good job at hiring someone who cares about the consumer. Sincerely!

Terrible experience multiple times. It doesnt matter how friendly your staff is, I was sent to a different store each time and they ended up not being able to replace phone like they said they would and they told me a device center was open and it was not. Had to drive way too much

DO NOT USE AT&T FOR WIRELESS /CELL PHONE SERVICE. The sales personnel just want to sell you a bill of goods and services that are deceptive. Closed out my account, returned phone and I pads and 10 days later I am still being charge for the phone, account still open.

Since I could not get to the store more than 30 minutes before closing due to work, they didnt want to try and find the issue with my phone since they might take longer than the time left before closing. Thanks for your customer service, guys.

Salesperson lied about every "incentive" and now Im stuck with lousy AT&T coverage and a $3000 Verizon final bill. Dont believe the $650 per line reimbursement, it is a fabrication and you will get screwed.

Every time I come to this store its a huge wait, nobody greets you and when they do, they are clueless! The cypress store is so much better! Its sad that I have to drive to another town to get good service.
