After spending over $6,000 on furniture at both this and other Room and Board stores I purchased a $1,300 sofa looked very sleek, and it does. However the sofa is impracticable to use for sitting. Ive had it a year and the cushions have lost shape. I was informed by the store that I should just fluff them constantly as they have down in them and I have fluffed them. The shape comes back but as soon as you sit back down in them they go back to looking frumpy. The store gave me an option to buy different back cushions at $52 each and seat cushions at $136 each. So $376 to replace a $1,400 sofa. Further, I was provided with R&Bs "we stand behind the quality of our products" yet I have to pay for a big portion to make a sofa thats functional. Thanks R&B. The one pic is after the sofa is fluffed up, the second is after i sit in it for 30 seconds. I ate a lot of holiday candy but Im still a average 6 foot 185 lb guy so I wouldnt think this would happen.

We spent over 30 hours looking for a nice sized couch for our home. I am 64" while my main squeeze is a foot shorter. It proved a difficult task to find a couch that supported both our heights, a long enough chaise for me to comfortably put my feet up, and firm butt & lumbar support. We immediately fell in love with the Ian Chaise Sectional. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and really care about their products and how they best fit in your home or lifestyle. Their delivery team (we had Will and Al) are extremely cordial, polite, and put off warm energy. They are supportive of reviewing the products and go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with the delivered products. Needless to say, we already purchased a bed frame from them and will look at other items.

Love this store. Mostly I love the furniture. The staff are very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. When shopping for our living room our sales associate was visibly ill. Upon our suggestion she found someone else to help us and went home to take care or herself. We continued our shopping experience seamlessly and were happy to find that both associates contacting us over the next few months to ensure we were happy with their service and the furniture we ordered.

This place has a huge variety of furniture in a lot of different design styles. The staff is not at all pushy and will leave you alone while you browse, but theyre also very happy to answer any questions you have. The furniture isnt cheap, but its reasonably priced for the quality. I didnt happen to find what I was looking for when I visited, but Ill definitely be back next time Im looking for furniture.

After months of searching for the right sectional, I found my perfect match at Room & Board. They offer well made, modern furniture at reasonable prices on par with Crate & Barrel but less formal. From selecting my couch to accepting delivery, the employees were a pleasure to work with and made the process easy.

For a furniture store, this is a great place to visit. It wasnt busy, there was plenty of time to look around, try things out and not be hassled by sales people. When we did have questions they were quickly answered and then left us alone again. Great modern solid quality furniture at not too terrible of prices.

Patient and knowledgeable staff. Most of the items can be customized and made to order, but this may delay the delivery date. They normally have complimentary water bottles and sometimes theyll even have free cookies, but youll have to hunt for them.

Good quality, American made furniture, but watch out for their price hikes. We had our eye on a sofa and media center in late 2011, and they both went up by $100 each in 2012. Same fabric, same wood, $100 more each.
