I liked the furniture and prices, but thats where it ends. I guess its true you get what you pay for. First they were late with delivery and when they did arrive, they were only able to deliver 1 and 1/2 beds ( a box was left at the warehouse). Then they were going to leave the boxes(trash) in my living room on the floor. The delivery men werent able to schedule a time to complete the delivery so I had to contact the manager the next morning. I did finally receive the remaining parts needed to complete my second bed an HOUR after I was told it would arrive and 2 trip back to the store. For the inconveniences, I asked for a complete refund of the delivery charges but was offered $20 or a $40 area rug (Ive wall to wall carpeting). I understand accidents happen, however when they do the person at fault should be held accountable. If I werent at home for the delivery would the company redeliver at no charge to me? To sum it all up this was my first and last time doing business with this store.

It was absolutely great so cheap but such great quality and they work with you and really care about what you want not what the most expensive thing is!! I highly recommend this place just walk through it and youll know exactly what I mean they treat people with respect too, which is great! And if you have a problem with WHATEVER you bought after you already get it home for however long I year even no questions asked they take care of you!! Theres still so much more me and my fiance still need for our home seeing how were first time homeowners and we will definitely be coming back I highly recommend this place to everybody!! Oh yeah definitely speak with Amy she was the absolute best Im telling you she really took care of us!!

First time home buyer, been to many places but this is by far the best!from nice customer service skills too upscale reasonable furniture I love coming here even to walk around to look at the beautiful pictures I know I will not see anywhere else even area rugs from different styles and sizes. I bought my sons bed room set here plus lamps and mattress $600 less then I would have paid up the street. As well as my safari 3 piece sectional and beautiful blue Jean queen sized quilt set that I absolutely love. When you go asked for Mohammad he really helped me out alot I told him how much I wanted to spend and he took it from there!

My hubby and I had a good experience at this place was looking for a bedroom set ,sofa and love seat had ideas but was really happy with all there selections. But over all my husband and I pick out a lovely bedroom set with sofa and love seat and picked out a table set for our kitchen Hassan our salesman was great. They have furniture to fit anyones budget and they will work with you. Also delivery and set up will buy here again and have recommended to friends good quality furniture. DID I mention they also have layaway and accessories. So come check them out u wont be disappointed

Overall a pretty good experience. Hasan was very helpful when placing my order. The store is a bit disorganized/cluttered, though, so be ready for it. And you have to call several times for someone to answer the phone, since they dont have a working voicemail box. Also, the delivery guys were in a hurry and broke a piece off of my curio cabinet that I just ended up using super glue to fix. Other than that it was an acceptable experience. I would have no problem buying from them again.

I purchased a bedroom set. The staff was very helpful on informing me about the mattress I selected online wasnt going to be available until about 2 weeks later. So I was able to choose another one for the same value. I really like my new bedroom set and I definitely will be purchasing more furniture & recommending Discount Rugs & Furniture!!

My Mother bought 3 Olson rugs for the livingroon, entry and hall back in 1947 or there about,. all wool and lasted until 1977. it was a multi colored in 4" squares always think of it in the fall as the colors reminded me of the fall colors on a mountain side, Rosalie Bacon Northern Maine .

I bought 2 mattress sets at very good prices!!!! The delivery was easy, fast and efficient!!!! All the employees were very nice and helpful!!!! I would definitely recommend them for anyone that wants to buy very nice furniture at very good prices and excellent customer service!!!

Delivery was not a good experience. They didnt even contact me to let me know they were going to be late. I had a 1pm to 6pm window. I had to call 3 times. My delivery was made at 8pm. Was not respectful of my time. On a good note... Furniture is Great.

I had a wonderful experience the product was fine the delivery personnel was courteous and prompt . the nightstands are not completely level but I think thats due to the nightstands having half back legs!!!!
