The staff is pretty amazing at this location. They spent over 30 min helping me find everything I needed and even showed me things I never even thought of. Only thing that sucks are the prices - really high. Walking out of here spending less than 100 is almost impossible. I do wish they had some more creative brands of dinnerware like Fortessa and a few others but their flatware are pretty awesome! They carry Miro Flatware which are simply beautiful. Design is amazing but of course with design comes a pretty hefty price tag. Store is very modern and sleek and great customer service!

Poor customer service. Arrived to pickup outdoor furniture. Went inside to tell them I was here. They told me to go around back to delivery. I got back in my car to go to delivery and sat their for 15 min. Finally, I called and they told me they didnt know I was back there and that I should of called to let them know. I guess going inside and telling them wasnt good enough.

A simple wire cheese cutter has been a nightmare! The wire snapped after 6 weeks and Ive spent months emailing and calling to get a refund, all they want to do is sell me 3 more wires for $9.95 + tax + shipping.
