Pretty disappointed with the customer service here. I purchased some Logitech Bluetooth headphones and didnt realize that they had very short 14 day return policy....I was 6 days past. Manager said they could do a return without receipt which would essentially charge me a restocking fee. I was okay with this since it was my fault for not being aware of the return windows. I was not okay when they offered to give me only $10 back on a $70 dollar item. This is simply gouging and when I told the manager Spencer that I didnt think this was very fair, he did not offer any alternative nor did he seem to care much that I was upset about the policy. I told him I would take my, and my companys business away from Staples and this did not seem to phase him so now Staples will never get my business again. Id rather buy things online for less money with generous return polices. You blew it Staples.

I purchased an HP8630 printer a week ago. It printed fine from my PC and my Mac, but the copy function didnt work. I called HP to get a consult and they couldnt figure out the problem. So I brought my printer back to Staples in Highland Park (where I purchased it) for a return and dealt with Steve and Aaron. They both could not have been more cooperative. The other evening service people were also friendly and helpful. I left with another brand new HP8630 printer as a replacement within 15 minutes. Of note: I also had occasion to make a purchase at their large Office supply store competition. The staff there were not nearly as cooperative. And trying to make a purchase for something they didnt have in stock was very frustrating. When possible, Im going back to Staples in Highland Park. Thanks Steve and Aaron. I said that I would write a review.

Horrible customer service. I spoke to someone named Robert in the computer department and he was very difficult and refused to help me. When I asked to speak to his boss about the issue he told me it wasnt his problem and hung up on me. I will never visit this location again. They have lost a customer for life. I used to love my Northbrook Staples before it closed. They should have closed this store instead!

The absolute worst customer service experience. Nobody in the store knows anything. Merchandise dirty and not neat looking. Tried calling the store to as about merchandise. On hold for over 15 minutes. They will be out of business soon. Trust me Head enough to compete with Amazon and best buy without having horrible service.

I needed to print a large poster and invitations for my art exhibit. This was not a standard job, and it happened during the busy last two weeks of the year. The printing team worked hard to make it happen, especially Steve who took extra time and used his skills and creativity to provide very satisfying products.

Absolute WORST online experience, 800 numbers staff incompetent people and in store A, good luck finding a red shirt for questions or help, B. on phone to HP location...equally clueless. Stick with Geek Squad/Office Depot supplies...unless desperate.
