After buying some furniture on line and having a bad experience I decided to try Galaxy since the reviews were really good. I dealt with Layla who was really nice and helpful and made the experience better! I would have given this place 5 stars BUT I had to wait a long time to get what I ordered. I went in at the beginning of December 2016 and ordered a couch/sofa/bed with frame and was told it (sofa/couch) was on back order until December 20th. Needless to say it was finally delivered the 2nd week of January 2017. I know it was not the fault of Galaxy and it was Ashley fault but they need to let Ashley know that they cant treat customers like that. ON A SIDE NOTE >>>> The delivery guys were GREAT!!!! They helped me move my mattress down to the garbage, they were friendly and respected my place and the building and did NOT damage anything! Other than that I would still shop here and will be going back to them in the future to buy any other household things I may need. Thank you Layla and Maria and the delivery drivers for making this a BETTER experience for me! **********************UPDATED TO 5 STARS NOW******* had an issue with the mattress and called Layla said no worries we will take care of everything for you!! THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!!!

Ive never been to Galaxy Furniture and I hope they have great stuff and do good work. Ill give them 2 stars because I find their website design too cluttered. More importantly, I suspect that at least 5 of the other reviews for this business on Google are probably fake, so beware following their recommendations. What are the odds that in the last 4 months Tina Tyner, Edward Santos, brad mclaughlin, Cherry Regal, and George Hunter have all shopped at Galaxy Furniture in Chicago and have also had their homes in San Diego remodeled using Affordable Design and Drafting? And have all shopped at Kimos Appliances in Van Nuys, CA? Off course these were all 5-star experiences. Ed, Cherry, George, and Tina also seem to have each made a trip recently to visit American Furniture Galleries outside of Sacramento. Im guessing brad will be heading to Sacramento for some more furniture shopping soon. Given how few reviews each of these businesses have and how few each reviewer has made, the overlap in these peoples lives is astonishing, if they are for real.

I seriously love this place. Ive bought a couch and bed side tables in the past. Theyve always had such great inventory and customer service. But this last time they blew me away. I wanted a new rug and I already had all of my furniture picked so I had to find something that fit perfectly. It was kind of a pain. I was searching through rugs and catalogs and couldnt seem to find one. But one associate sat there with me helping me weigh my options and bringing things in from the back. He literally spent around 30 minutes helping my indecisive self make a decision. He was so patient and helpful I cant even begin to thank him. This store takes customer service to the next level. I found my impossible to find rug!! And I will be back for all my furniture needs!

Really great quality furniture and good prices. It was difficult deciding on a couch since they are all so beautiful but Omar worked with my husband and I, going above and beyond to make sure we would get something we will love for years to come. He doesnt push customers into buying anything, no pressure that makes you feel comfortable. They really want you to be happy with your purchase. He even offers to let you go home, think about it and call him to order your furniture without having to go back into the store. Excellent service, will definitely come here again!

I wanted to get a new sofa for my mom as her old one was ready to go. I went to Galaxy Furniture with her so should could pick out the one that she wanted. I just want to say that they have a very nice selection here. They made us feel welcome and were very nice. Maria showed us a few that would go well and we picked out one that we liked. Delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were very professional. My mom is very happy with her new sofa!! Thank you guys!

I hate this store people are rude so means, I bought a furniture in this store after couple months its tear up, the stitches come up, the have low quality garbages Furniture. When you buying furniture at first time the customer service people treat you well, when you bought it after that they treat you like animals and they blame you for their on mistakes, hey guys please dont go to this store. I dont recommend this Store for any bodys.

Definitely everything you look for in a furniture store. Great furniture, perfect matress, great location, parking everywhere and Excellent service. The ladies up front were very helpful and friendly (and cute too). The owner was great too. Very cool guy and very humble which is unfortunately rare for business owners. I highly recommend them for anything furniture, matress or even appliance related.

Best deals with Galaxy! Been to different furniture stores to find a couch that would complement my game room and I ended up seeing the perfect fit from them. Gave me the lowest price that they could, he tried offering me the whole set but what I like about them is they didnt push for it when I said no. Highly recommended! See it for yourself!

Just purchase a sofa for new apartment. This place is the best for budget friendly people like me. Found a great sofa for a great price. Maria and Omar made the selection prices very easy. Cannot wait to received my new sofa. Truly recommend this place for all your home needs. Definitely coming back for more items in the future :D

I found a nice dinning table set and living furniture at a great price for my mom. Living long distance from my mom, I had a hard time finding good deals online. Galaxy furniture helped me and my mother out with great prices, services and on the phone service. Happy mom happy life! Furniture arrived in her home and looks nice.

Stopped by last weekend while visiting my family to help them find a new sofa. they have a very nice showroom and a large selection. The staff was friendly and showed me some within our budget. I ended up finding one that would be perfect. Delivery was smooth. Great service, definitely recommend them!

I was trying to find these glass coffee tables that are on wheels. All my furniture is on wheels so I can easily move it. Anyways not only did the Galaxy Furniture website have the tables I wanted they also have a great selection and really competitive prices. I highly recommend.

Yes they do have nice furniture, but delivery service takes too long and when they delivered my furniture believe it or not they left it outside the building and they left!!! Very rude and irresponsible thing to do. Never going back
