Found what I wanted online, walked into the store and said this day bed and from that moment, it was how can they not help me with this purchase. Immediately, I was made aware what a hassle this would be - "urgh, there is only one person to go to the Pod" - then handed over to an equally unhelpful "supervisor" who tried to tell me it was not going to fit in my car. This after - I called and had my daughter bring the bigger car. I assured them I had it and waited for it to show up as I walked around to shop. I was then told to drive around to the back to the "pod" before it gets dark - so my daughter and I dropped our other purchases and drove around where then - after all the whining, NO daybed in the Pod. And NO I could not have the one on the floor. I own two stores in Chicago - I would be sick if these people were in charge of my retail. So many other ways to handle this - the only plus, Alexx the checkout girl - she got it.

Fun place with some otherwise hard to find items and very good sales, especially clearance prices. Checkout lines can be annoyingly long and slow, especially during the week. Always check prices! Some things are WAY cheaper on Amazon, etc.
