I have not been to this specific store, but the one we went to on Lawrence is not on Yelp. However, I had an absolutely awful experience with delivery, which is the same owner for all the DCI Furniture stores. They have no idea what customer service/satisfaction means. We had a good experience buying furniture - we bought a set of a coffee table and two side tables, and was told they would be delivered assembled. When they were delivered (it was 2 days delayed, but not a big deal), the delivery folks refused to assemble it. I had to keep calling back the owner and store manager to find out what happened. Then the owner said he would send some people back later that night to assemble the tables. They never showed up. When I called back the next day, he said he would send them out that day. I kept calling back and eventually 2 guys showed up. They parked in temporary parking in my building. They then came up to our apartment, opened all the boxes, then declared they couldnt assemble it because they were told it was only a coffee table, when in fact there were also 2 side tables. Then they told me our buildings delivery coordinator told them they had to leave, except I called and she told me they could stay - and I certainly believe her more than them. The guys proceeded to yell in the apartment and loudly complain he wanted to shoot himself. At that point, it was clear he wasnt going to assemble it and was just yelling around the apartment, so we politely asked him to leave. After that, we called back the owner to express our extreme dissatisfaction (to say the least). Since they had already opened all the boxes but didnt assemble/clean up anything, while my husband was on the phone with the owner, I set up the coffee table and 1 side table - it was super easy and quick to put together which is why it was so absurd the folks refused to set them up. We continually called the owner and the sales person from the original store for a refund of $50 assembly fee, to no avail, even though we were continually promised "a check in the mail." The store owners might be nice people, but the delivery folks and owners are so unprofessional and have no idea what it means to have good customer service. Go anywhere else.

Well, I had a terrible experience with this racist guy a few months ago. I bought a King size whole bed room set. he asked me to deposit more than 60% of the total cost, which I did. He told me it would take a month for the delivery to come in after speaking to his supplier on speaker. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him 2 days later saying he will send the bed that day and will deliver the rest of the set a week later. The bed came in, looked cheap but them I thought that is what it is like. After the bed was delivered, I received a text from him asking for additional $50 delivery fee to deliver the rest of the set. Initially I refused but given the price, I said sure, I will pay the additional fee upon delivery of the set. To which he promptly replied that he does not want to do any business with me and that the 60% plus cost of the set I gave him, he kept it all saying he will not return it. I asked him for a reason, he started abusing me, calling me N work and since I looked South Asian, he started harassing me by calling terrorist and what not abuses. A month ago, he randomly texted me full of racist comments and abuses. I was perplexed since I had moved on from that terrible experience. Ever since, he keeps on harassing me on a weekly basis. This time, I decided to take screenshots of his harassing texts and post here in reviews. Apparently, he is intimidating me to remove my negative online reviews I posted for DCI. He is forcing his employees to post good reviews with 5 star rating in trying to get rid of negative honest reviews. I ignored the negative reviews when I went to him, I hate every minute how I chose to ignore the negative reviews.It could have saved me feom all of this intimidation and harassment. Please do not ignore and check pics for screenshots of his text messages. Save yourself the harassment people, do not buy anything from this person.

Dont go there for mattresses!!!!!! I liked a mattress from their showroom and it was a luxury one so I was very surprised that they were willing to sell it to me for 280$. Next day, they called me twice that the delivery would be delayed and I knew that there is something suspicious. 5 hours later than the scheduled delivery, they delivered me a different mattress. It looked like a fake Serta. It was looking almost the same, the top of the mattress was the same but the quality was different. I went back to ask them why they sent me a different mattress and their answer was that it was the same mattress because the name on the label was the same as the name on the receipt they gave me when I purchased it. They tried to convince me that I was probably confused because I was looking at many types of mattresses. They said that I didnt take a picture of the mattress when we made the deal so I have no proof that the mattress I got was different from the one I purchased. I called to complain and their manager started screaming on the phone that he would send his driver to bring me my money and to take back the 5 star mattress but of course that didnt happen so I decided not to argue with them anymore and kept the mattress. I wanted to save some money and buy a mattress from a small business but I overpaid for a fake Serta and I ended up buying a 220$ mattress topper. Any way, just order your mattresses or furniture from Sears, Walmart, or any other store!!!!!

I had a good experience visiting a neighborhood store. They where upfront without any hidden charges. Free delivery meant free delivery. They sent my invoice to my phone with the pictures of the items shipped to me. I got a really good deal on sealy posturepedic mattress set. I am really happy. I like the idea, when the sales girl encourage me to take pictures of times I purchased so as to avoid confusion when it is delivered. I thought she was really honest and upfront. When my mattress arrived it was exactly what I picked at the store the previous day. I recommend dcifurnitures.com to any one who wants to save money and get a really good deals on mattress and furniture.

Compare to other furniture stores and mattress places, this place is one of the best. Their price is the best in and around Chicago. They offer many brands, which I find interesting as they offer huge discounts on brands that I cant never afford until now. I bought a dining table and 6 chairs on clearance for $249. The manager was really good. The staff where confident and laid back. No hard selling or overly aggressive. I was referred by another friend who bought entire bedroom set for a very small amount. I always wanted a memory foam mattress, now I own and sleep on one. Thanks to DCI. DCI FRIENDS FOR LIFE.
