Do not please do not buy a car from them. I had the worst experience with this place. I bought a car from them and after waiting 30 mins just to test drive the car after i called before i came was my first red flag. It was a busy Saturday so i gave them the benefit. Then before we test drove the car we couldnt open the passenger side door. 2nd red flag but they said they would fix it. Third red flag was waiting 2 hours with a 2 yr old and 7 yr old to hear about the financing. After saying they would fix the minor problems like the door, windsheild wiper hose and driver side door motor i signed the papers and made a down payment in cash and left the car for them to repair. They told me the car would be done Monday. Monday came an i called to get an estimated time of when the car would be done. No one could give me an answer. So i gave them a few hours and called back since no one called me back. This went on all day and at 730, 30 mins before they closed they called and told me the car was not done and there mechanic had broke the window and they would have to now fix that. At that point after being disrespected and getting the run around all day. I told them i dont want the car an i would be there in the morning to get my money back. I went up there and got the run around for another hour and talk to a guy who was waiting for the car he bought a few days ago that he now has issues with any way i was told the assistant manager would be there at 1 until they closed and thats who i would have to talk to. So we left and in that time bought a car with no issues and had a great experience and wonderful customer service not to mention itvwas a yr newer with less miles and a cheaper price in ky. So after i got my car from the new dealership i went back up to international that evening. Got the run around from Tony and treated rudly in front of my children and they told me they had to review there legal options. We left and the next morning i called the new dealership i bought a car from and told them they were trying to play hard ball. with in about 30 mins i got a call back from my dealership to tell me dont worry about them and go get your money back. Im so greatful i didnt buy the car from them an never drove it off the lot. These people dont know how to treat people and never will call you back. Please save your time and your self a head ach and stay far away. I got lucky and followed my gut and so thankful i did.

Like many of the other reviewers, I too fell for the web pics of their cars that do not come anywhere close to the actual condition of their inventory. The prices are on the high side of the scale, but you think to yourself thats ok since vehicle appears to be in such good condition..then you get there. It is a confusing place to shop with a lot of double talk. In the end you are there because you have credit problems for whatever reason and need a vehicle. Its clear their website claims are a lot of hype about hand picked one owner inventory. They are instead recycled jalopy trade ins, along with wholesale auction finds. I even suspect some may be repos from previous customers that have been cleaned up and put back on the lot. Yes scarface will say 1 owner but the reality is that the car couldve had several interim owners who defaulted before you came along to buy it. You are also not likely to get anywhere near the true value of your trade in. For example I traded a truck that even after purposely plugging in the details on KBB to get the lowest possible valuation was still worth 5k, they offer me 1k. (Citing the transmission needing replaced due to it being stuck in 2nd gear during the appraisal drive...This is odd considering I just drove it 80 miles to them in this vehicle that Im sure wouldnt have made it otherwise in such condition.) Even after redoing KBB in front of them and demonstrating that a transmission , if needed, would only cost 2k (labor included) which leaves a difference of 3k for the value of my trade, they wouldnt budge. But as I said, people shop at dealers like this because we have to due to our situations, me included. So even though they were ripping me off on my trade in, selling me a vehicle way over priced that looked nothing like its pic that brought me to them, and wasted my entire Saturday playing similar stalling games mentioned in other reviews about this business, in the end I wasnt in a position to walk away. But I regret my purchase. I feel taken advantage of, and warn others not to do the same. Its true that those of us with messed up credit have to pay a little penance till we get things right again, but we shouldnt put ourselves through hell and sign a deal with the devil like I did by doing business with International Auto Outlet..

Ive unfortunately bought 2 Silverados from here. The first time, I get the truck and less than a week later the service engine light comes on. Its like pulling teeth to get ahold of anyone to help you. I just bought another one that is an 07. Jerry is who I worked with and "sold" me the vehicle. So I get the truck and when I test drove it the "service tire monitor system" light and message popped up on the dash and there was a rattling noise. Other than that, solid, clean truck. So I told him if I buy this I want it fixed and he said, and I quote... "You buy it, we fix it." So I decide to buy the truck and he tells me they are busy and I have to bring it back sometime that week. So I bring it back 3 days later and when I go pick it back up (7 hours later) I turn the key and the message is STILL on the dash about the tire monitor system. I start to walk back inside to confront them about it and another salesman stopped me and asked if something was wrong and I explained it to him. He said, "Oh you just have to drive it and it will disappear." Ive been driving it for 2 weeks and ITS STILL THERE. Not to mention that the service engine light has ALREADY came on also. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment to drop it off and the guy says, "Let me get back with you." Of course he never does. Update: So now, they are REFUSING me service until I take this review down. I have already talked to Zcore about my extended warranty and they are telling me to take it to another repair shop for the service engine light. Unfortunately the tire monitor system isnt covered so Im just going to have to pay out of pocket because I dont trust International Auto Outlet with my vehicle. I also signed a paper when I bought the vehicle stating that they would fix the monitor system for free, no problem. I wish people like Tony could be trusted but they cant. I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Im warning you. 8/23/17 Tony the manager just called me and asked me why I went to the Better Business Bureau and told me that I am going to look like a fool when this is all over with. I simply told him that I wasnt happy with their service he continue to call me a fool.
