Ive been a customer with Acceptance Auto and the customer service his horrible. I only had my car for 2 months and it broke down twice. They gave me a hard time about fixing the car. Then on top that my car is broke down on the side of the road now! It was suppose to be towed SAT August 19, 2017 Today is Sunday August 20, 2017. I was told to leave my key with door unlocked and right now my car sits in a vacant parking lot with no lighting at night. Then I was told I could pay Bi weekly or monthly. I stay in South GA in clayton county and they car dealer is in Lithia Springs. I cant drive there every two weeks to take money putting extra miles on a used car. Plus they dont have a debit card payment online or by online. So I have to mail my payment. I called and let them know my payment was mailed and offered to give my receipt number for the money order and I was told no thanks your fine your account was notated. I then said are you sure? The lady said yes youre fine. Next day my car was repossessed! I come outside from a long hard day of work and my car is gone!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH ACCEPTANCE AUTO! whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!! They were good about five to six years ago but now I Feel like they dont give a damn about customers. Cars shouldnt be breaking down this early in tbe contract. They are used cars, however its to early for these types of issues. The card should be throurogly checked before placed on the road. I was placed on hold multiple mind yesterday and avoided to keep from addressing my issues. I have referred people to them and have done business with them in the past. I wont rest until this company either shape up or close for good.

So far so good....got my car n Sept...no problems...very east process I had a minor issue about a wk later they fixed it ASAP. Very satisfied customer my Mom even came n got a truck . ..will do another review if something changes.
