Very unprofessional and discriminatory against African Americans.Let me explain in detail.... Upon arrival some dusty looking salesman named Jr. walked over to my wife and kids and asked if we where the family that came by a few days ago granted he never said hello and how can I help you guys.My wife responded by saying no,this is the first time ever coming to this car lot,my husband seen your lot on the internet and decided to see what kind of cars are available.After I introduced myself and showed interest in a 97 Toyota Four Runner they have he then goes in and questions my employment and where do we live.I told him that we just moved back from California with the company that we work for.I explained to him that we transferred to California for two years after both receiving promotions and transferred back to Georgia after our assignment was up and been back for almost six months.At that point we practically showed ourselves the vehicle and all its features because Jr. walked back inside and never came back to show us anything else.So we walked inside and asked what was needed to finance if we decided to go forward.He then tells me it would be $2,500 down??..I then asked how did he come up with that amount after never running my information.The car was only $4,500 total.He then tells us because we moved beack from California that we are high risk awnd that he feels that California is a crooked place.At that point my wife responded by saying lets go!At that point I told him that my wife and I are both in management for the company that we work for and is their biggest supplier.He then goes in and starts to backtrack how he was treating us and tells me why havent I disclose that earlier.I then calmly told him how unprofessional he was by treating us this way and then left the car lot.Never shop where you are not treated with respect.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star, I would. The first issue I had was the fact that they failed to tell me that the vehicle I purchased had an oil leak - which they were fully aware of because the first time I came back to make a payment, they wanted to "check my oil" and had to add more to it without me even telling them about the issue first. You also have to make a payment at their location, which is incredibly inconvenient. They also lie. Due to health reasons I hadnt been able to work and they repoed it - which was fine, I knew it was going to happen. However when I went to get my personal possessions, he lied and said I couldnt get my items without the key. I had forgotten it because of being in such a rush - my boyfriend had left his car keys and wallet in the car when it was taken. I ended up calling the police at their location and the cop told him they couldnt hold my items hostage and even without the key they had to give me my things. The cop also told me that hadnt been the first time they were called out to that location. Not too add, they sell vehicles to those who dont even have proper identification - illegal immigrants. Is that even legal? Doubtful. Dont waste your time or money at this location!

If you look you will notice I originally posted 3 weeks ago. I hadnt even had my car a full two weeks before it broke down on me & my child. I went & had it looked at it was my cadillca converter & the fuel pump hose . but before it broke down my check engine light was on 3 days after they sold it to me. They claimed they fixed it but I doubt it. I asked could I just have my money back & Junior refused everything about this place is sketchy so I let him "fix it" I went down stairs to get a diaper for my son & I literally caught their mechanic turning off the light instead of fixing the problem. By far the worst place Ive ever been to. The BBB really needs to look into them.

RIP OFF! MY DAUGHTER WENT TO PAY HER BILL AT THE 3 MONTH MARK AND ASKED THEM ABOUT AN OIL CHANGE BECAUSE THEY TOLD HER PREVIOUSLY SHE WOULD GET ONE FOR FREE. WHILE "CHECKING HER OIL", THEY JUST HAPPENED TO NOTICE A CRACK IN HER RADIATOR (WHICH I THINK WAS A LIE). SHE WASNT HAVING ANY LEAKS OR ANY COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER WITH HER RADIATOR. THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED OR REPLACED IT AND BY THE NEXT DAY IT WAS LEAKING SO BAD THAT SHE HAD TO REFILL IT WITH COOLANT 2X IN 24 HOURS! I AM GOING BACK TO THEM WITH MY DAUGHTER TOMORROW AND MAKE THEM FIX IT FOR REAL THIS TIME WHILE I WATCH THEM! THEY GET -1 STARS FROM US!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. Kurt was my salesman and was very helpful. He let me test drive multiple vehicles until I settled on one. I am very happy with my vehicle and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Offered me a deal on a small sized suv, ran my credit (thought this was supposed to be no credit check financing) then lied about what was on my credit. 2 full time jobs, government employee , no bankruptcy, no repos, no defaults, tried to put me in a 2000 Camry for ,$360/month. Pure Craziness.

This place is a rip off!!!!!! Please dont waste your time. They repossessed my car after one missed payment which I was out of town due to a family crisis. They only take payments in person and I had the money when I got back! DO NOT DO IT!!!!!

Its the worst dealership ever.. I would recomend you to go somewhere else. They lie and lie and lie.. hide things from you and there full of crap. Take my advice and go somewhere else there are many more dealers.

The man was a rude jerk,wouldnt allow me to look in any of the cars because my husband wasnt with me. He just walked around pointing at cars saying this is five or this one is six thousand,no manners at all!!!
