The salesman, during his pitch, gave me the name of where he would have no problem taking his vehicles to get fixed, but when asked the same question some time later would only give us the name of Limited Autos. Strange. I understand why he reverted to suggesting we use Limited Autos maintenance, as it is his employer, but a little trust was lost there. There has been a wierd noise in the vehicle the past day, a beeping sound. I assume it is the transponder. This feels intrusive to me, and makes me feel I am being watched and that I am just renting a toy on a weekly basis. I probably will not buy again from Limited Auto. I do understand why Limited Auto has chosen to use the transponders, so there may not be a middle ground on this issue. The interest rate on these auto loans is sky-high. When asked about how loans in the future with the same customer are handled I was only told that it takes approximately 8-10 months of prompt payments in order to qualify for new loans. Nothing was mentioned about newer loans being at a more reasonable rate. Big red flag. It simply would not make financial sense to keep paying exhorbitant interest rates, and thus would likely leave us looking elsewhere for a vehicle. We were not pleased to find out that Lowes charges $75+ to make a copy of the ignition/trunk/power lock key. The cost is supposedly because of the transponder on it. Because we can not make a copy at a reasonable cost this leaves a real risk of a couple sharing a key ending up in a situation where the wrong person has the key on their keychain, resulting in the vehicle being undrivable. The alignment on the vehicle is pretty bad, bad enough that the hand is fatigued trying to keep the vehicle driving in its own lane on the highway. Driving issues aside the vehicle we purchsed, to this point, is alot of fun to drive! The sales/financing staff were a lot of fun, though it is a little embarassing to know that you are willingly signing papers to an expensive loan. We never tried to negotiate on the price of the car, and felt we werent in posotion to do so as we were in a bind (our own vehicles transmission had gone out), we just felt lucky to even be getting a second vehicle because of no prior savings toward purchasing one. Limited Auto saved our butts, but we werent winners. If our concerns are alleviated we will adjust the rating on this review accordingly.

I have nottin good to say about limited motors. They have bad salemans they will just send to the the back building just because you tell them you like the car and not go over pricing or monthly paymeants with you and tell them your ready to buy when you stand there waiting for a hour thinking your waiting to talk to the guy in charge about the problems you pointed out with the car and to talk about payments and how much they are going to over charge you for a 1300000 mile car that sells like dog and charge you 400 dollars a month without even telling you any of this. I could not believe that they had me stand there a hour when all I wantedd to know was the price of the car and see how much monthy payment was when the whole time my so called salesman fill out the paper of how much my monthly payments was going be and go hand the paper to the other guy all without telling me any of this. Then they don`t even apologizes for any of this.They just prey on illegal immigrant and people that can`t get a car and they know it. They don`t care about you or the car they get you in, they just want you in and out with no questions asked. Grab a number your served and next.......The only good that came out of all this i went to a different used car dealership down the road and got the same car i looked at with 86,000 miles with 700 down and 280 a mouth which they told me they could only do that with alot more down. Car was extra clean and didnt smell like a dog. I`m very glad i didnt end up buying a car there ,someone up above was shining down on me that day. People don`t waste your time with fake smiles and fake saleman. Shop around before you o here make this you last i mean your last stop on list. And i hope they do respond back to this would love to see what they got to say.

We began our adventure with limited 2 years ago when we were looking for my husband vehicle they have always been there when times got tough they really helped us out so recently when we were ready to purchase a new family vehicle we went back in with a tall order we needed something to sit all six of us my husband my self and our four teenage kids and since we live in the middle of nowhere four wheel drive was a must and of course low miles and nice body style. Within just a few days mike gave us a call they had found us just what we were looking for and they gave us first look before it ever hit the lot upon purchasing they made sure everything was good with the vehicle and even put new tires on it. Even though I had already purchased the vehicle they still took the time to clean it inside and out they even took the time to show us how everything worked on the vehicle they are absolutely awesome they have really made us feel like we are part of the limited family because there they treat you like family we will definately return again and again within the next year we are looking to purchase another vehicle and we will be shopping limited motors for sure. The entire experience is absolutely easy going and there is no pressure from the sales guys expecially Mike, the girls in the finance departent to Keith who handles the financing all the way to the mechanics they definately listen and do their best to help in any way they can! My experience with Limited Motors is one that I will never forget. I was involved in a collision, and my car was totaled. I didnt have great credit or a co-signer, and I needed a vehicle. After witnessing a disaster with the only other buy here, pay here car lot around, I decided to give Limited Motors a try. I went to the lot and looked around, and the salesman offered his help. I was going from a 2001 Cadillac DeVille to whatever else I could afford. I told the salesman that I wanted something with 4 wheel drive, a sunroof, and leather interior. He walked me straight to an Infiniti Qx4 that had everything I asked for. Simple as that. I took home an application packet, turned it in the next day, and within a couple of days I had my vehicle. About halfway through paying the vehicle off, I lost my job. I spoke with the kind folks at Limited Motors, and they were very understanding about my situation. I was still making my payments, but sometimes they had to be late. I kept in contact with them, and was able to keep my vehicle and eventually pay it off, which helped my credit. To this day, the only thing I have had to do to it is change the oil, buy tires, and spray it off every once in a while. No major mechanical problems, and everything still works. The entire staff has always been more than helpful, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Limited Motors to anyone looking to buy a used car.
