Steve is a great guy to deal with. I purchased a vehicle from him and after I signed the papers I discovered an issue with the locks on the vehicle. I showed him the problem and he told me take it home but he would call me in a day or two and he would make it right. After having him chase me around for about 4 weeks (Im from Dayton, Ohio with a busy 50-60 hour work week) he paid a locksmith to have the issue fixed on site. Even better he offered to reimburse me if I could have it done locally to me however it ended up just being easier to drive back to Kentucky to get the problem fixed. I purchased the vehicle AS IS on the lot but it was obvious he wanted to make the purchase AS IT SHOULD BE even when I discovered the problem after I had already signed the papers. As far as I am concerned he had the right to shrug his shoulders and say "Sorry about your luck." after those papers were signed be he absolutely went above and beyond. When Im looking for another vehicle Ill definitely check him out while Im looking. The drive isnt too bad and the extra service and confidence that he is going to do the right thing is great when buying a used vehicle. Thanks again Steve.

Steve was very easy to deal with. There were a few unforseen issues with the title for the car I purchased... totally out of his control, and he did everything to make it right. He stayed in contact with me until everything was resolved.
