To start off, after this experience with Enterprise, we will never use any of their services again. (Rental or purchase) We were told to work with Sam Crabtree, and we never got to meet her. Another sales consultant kept trying to handle the sale. We went in to buy the rental we were driving, and they told us that the inventory guy was not available because he leaves at 5:00 PM even though it was only a little after 4:00 PM. We left because the sales consultant kept trying to get us to check out other cars on the lot and we were not interested. Not too long after we left, they called us with a price on the car. The number was ridiculous and I told them I would go elsewhere. It was a clown-show from there. We ended up going back, and they had my husband literally try out a couple cars to see if he could fit. One car had dents all over it, the other car we decided we liked even though the back seat was spotted and stained. We went inside and they tried to get us to sign without even letting us test drive the vehicle. Not only that, the financial manager told us that we could not move any further without signing the packages paper even though we didnt want one. (THAT MAKES NO SENSE) Anyways, we left, and the financial manager says to us "Well the car probably wont be here on Monday". My husband said, thats fine, then we will just get another one. We returned Monday, and decided not to take any bull this time. We walked in and my husband let him know what car we wanted, and that we wanted to test drive it. Immediately we started hearing noises from the vehicle, and the sales consultant tried to convince us that the noises were normal until we turned the A/C up and the dash of the car was vibrating from the A/C fan. We went back inside after the test drive and decided we liked the car if the issues could be fixed. This time I waited outside the office to watch what was happening when the sales consultant wasnt talking with my husband. The consultant said he couldnt run anything in front of my husband, which we now know is BS because we bought from Hertz and they showed us everything. Even what Enterprise had done with our credit. He sent in the financial manager again, and this time he was rude with my husband. While he was talking with my husband, three other consultants, including mine, stood on the opposite side of the wall and snickered while the financial manager tried to have it his way with my husband. I texted my husband immediately and told him we were done. Again the financial manager tried to tell my husband he wasnt doing anything else until he signed the packages paper. Then my husband said, "what about the issues with the car?", and the financial manager replied "No one told me anything. Im not fixing it if it cost more than $4000." We waited and waited and finally we walked out. We went to Hertz, who I completely recommend now, and got a newer vehicle, less mileage, for $2,000 less. Not only that they showed us my husbands true credit score, and we got 3% less APR with a trusted bank. SO NEVER WORK WITH THESE LIARS. The financial manager is completely rude and should not be allowed to represent such a "trusted" company. I will be contacting corporate. Make sure you are allowed to test drive before you buy. And NEVER get pressured into anything. Oh, and Hertz is right across the street. Check out their inventory. For the month of March, they are offering $1000 off of the price tag. You also get a free week rental with Hertz after purchasing, and not only that, but you are an instant gold member with them. Hertz was so laid back and not pushing anything. Never would have thought I would have an experience like this with Enterprise. CLOWNS.

Buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales was a wonderful experience! When the insurance company declared that my year-old car was ‘totaled’ from the accident that I was in, I dreaded having to buy another car. After visiting 2 car dealerships, who applied pressure (what can we do to have you buy this car today?), I decided that I would talk to Enterprise about the buying the car that I was renting. I called the Enterprise location where I had rented the car and asked how I would go about trying to do that. She said that she would have someone call me. Samantha Crabtree from Enterprise Car Sales called me and I made an appointment to go in to talk to her. From the very beginning, Samantha was great to work with. She explained that the car that I was currently driving was probably too new for Enterprise to consider selling but that they had a couple of comparable cars on their lot. I did not like either of the cars that they had available as well as the one that I was renting. Samantha talked with her manager, Mark, and they found a car in Columbus which was available which they thought I might like. They said that could have it in Cincinnati in two days (Thanksgiving was the day in between). They emphasized that I was under no obligation if I didn’t like it after I saw it. It turned out that I really liked it and bought it. There was a small sticky spot on the front corner of the bumper which they tried to wash off 3 times but it was still there. I figured that they would tell me ‘tough luck-it’s not a new car’ but instead they told me to bring the car back in the following week when they had someone there who could work on it. They loaned me a car for a day while they fixed up the spot on the bumper and even re-filled the car with gasoline. I would definitely go back to Enterprise the next time I need a car and would recommend that others do so as well!

Absolutely horrid experience with enterprise. I bought a 2011 dodge avenger. Within a week the oil light went on and the tires were leaking air. They had me go to Bob sumeral to get the oil fixed and the tires checked. Bob sumeral then fixed one tire and sent me on my way. My tires continued leaking and then came my next problem when I tried to go to work one day and my car wouldnt accelerate. I had to call into work and get it towed. They said nothing was wrong and I picked up my car. Then came winter and my wiper fluid wouldnt come out. I figured it was frozen and left it. After it hadnt worked for awhile I called to get it looked at again and they reconnected the hoses. Fast forward a month and Im on the highway for less then a mile when my hood Flies up on me and the last people to touch it was the repair place they told me to take it to. Took it back to the place where they told me that it must be defective. I called enterprise and they said they wouldnt cover it. Go another month and Im leaving Walmart on a 95 degree day. My steering wheel locks up. Then my ac goes out, my car overheats, a belt snaps and my battery dies leaving me stranded for hours. I told the manager about the problems to be told he hadnt been told I was even having problems and he would get it settled for me. I gave the mechanic the list of problems. When I heard back they said they fixed the engine but werent touching anything else. Im still on the one year warranty as well as having bought a 3 year bumper to bumper. They want me to go back to Bob sumeral who wont take fault for it. The manager told me he wanted to get me in a new car which would require another cosigner and auction my car off (which shows they know its a bad car) Im getting my car back Monday and when the next incident happens as it will I am going after them. I have already contacted a lawyer about lemon laws.
