Paid a deposit and purchased a plane ticket over 2 weeks in advance to go pick up a car to drive 500+ miles back. The 100k service (timing belt, water pump, tensioner, etc etc) had not been done in over 100k miles so I agreed to pay an extra $1k for that service to be done (which is probably on the high end, but I didnt want to fool with it when I got home, and I wanted the car to make the drive) so I can make the trek back. They called me the day before I was to fly to Atlanta to tell me "the engine blew." Obviously, whatever mechanic they had doing the job couldnt do a simple timing belt job correctly. Of course, the day before a flight, my ticket was non-refundable at that point. I asked if they would meet in the middle and cover half that ticket cost (roughly $115). They said "no, they spent too much time and money on a car they cant sell now." Sorry? I bought a ticket over 2 weeks in advance on good faith they knew what they were doing. I spent my time getting a planet ticket and travel arrangements, insurance policy endorsed, etc etc. Of course, after it happened "is there any thing else we have youd be interested in?" The only reason its two stars is because they were going to pick me up at the airport 20 minutes away. At least Im not out the cost of an uber ride too.

Wish I could give them 0 stars because of how sleazy they are. If you plan on buying from them, you had better take a mechanic with you and they will tell you this after you buy the car. I bought a car and it did not even make it a week, they dont care because soon as you buy the car its your problem since they dont inspect or even maintenance the cars they sell. The lie saying the car was repaired and soon as you get it to someone that actually knows what they are doing they tell you everything they did wrong. Dont let their friendly face fool you they will back stab you soon as you buy from them then claim that you just happen to buy the one bad luck car they have on their lot, no loyalty to their customers and they only care about making a buck. $5000 for a car that needs $8000 in repairs, I will take my loss if shuts them down for good.

I brought a car on Saturday with my 5 year old. They stuck a new battery in to trick the car to work. Once I got off the lot the car drove funny. By Wednesday my 5 year old and I was stuck on the interstate with cars flying past scared and crying. The TRANSMISSION WENT OUT, THE TRANSFER CASE WAS BAD,, AND THE CAR HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND MR PRINCE LAUGHED AND SAID GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM AT ALL. HE HAS NOT RETURNED ONE CALL OR EMAIL.AND HE KNEW BECAUSE INSIDE THE CAR WAS PAPERWORK HE FORGOT TO TAKE OUT SAYING THE TRANSMISSION WAS ON ITS WAY OUT.

Was interested in a car on the lot, but soon discovered the vehicle had been modified and had no catalytic converters. I would have bought the car, for the right price, and just changed it back to factory spec. They would not negotiate at all on the price, and just played dumb about the obvious modifications to the cars exhaust and computer system. I am pretty disappointed with this experience.

Hmmmm, why do all the positive reviews mention employee names.... And why do they buy cars all over the US? And I mean alot of cars lol. Seems super shady.... I was going to visit here but now I dont trust this corruption to boost reviews... Which BTW is illegal if true. Im not saying it is but do your due diligence and youll find the same thing I did. Doesnt add up... Im staying away

Dropped in to view other cars on the lot, not expecting for the dealership to have the color combo, price point, and features we required with two growing children. Frederick who worked with us from beginning to end of the sale. In the working of the loan we met David and John who worked patiently for us and with us. We will be lifelong customers.

I just love this place, everyone was so personable. Joel was wonderful he was always available to talk and answer any questions. I love my Range Rover. They let me put down on the vehicle and held it for 30 days. I am a customer service person and they get a 10 star. I love this place. Thanks Joel for everything.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They sold me an escalade with a bad transmission along with other serious problems. They talk a good game and make the process easy just to screw you in the end! My mom bought a car here and had to pay 5400 for repairs. I repeat do not buy here!
