. I purchased a 2004 Ford F150 FX4 4wd truck with 133k miles from Vinings Auto Sales on Tennessee St in Cartersville, GA. The reason I did so was because my 2004 Ford Expedition 4wd blew the motor. I had been looking around at various dealers for a good dependable truck when I came across this one. I spoke with Larry the sales manager and explained I didn’t have time for a runaround and I didn’t want a vehicle that had a bunch of problems. We discussed the truck and he stated that “there were no issues at all” with the truck and that he “guaranteed” I would be satisfied. He went on to say that all their vehicles were fully inspected and no problems were found with this truck. He offered me a test drive and I said sure. The battery was dead so he had to jump it off. He stated it was due to the fact that the truck had been sitting and once driven the battery would charge back up. During my test drive I stopped by my house and shut the truck off. It would not start back and he once again had to come jump me off. He assured me that the battery would be tested and that if it would not charge up he would have it replaced (as it turned out it did finally charge). He assured me again that “I would not be sorry if I bought this truck and that he “guaranteed” the truck to perform as it should. I finished the test drive under a rush as I had another appointment to get to. This was on a Friday. On Monday he advised me that my financing was approved with Family Savings Credit union. My wife and I went to the dealership after work to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the truck. While there we discussed the need for a dependable vehicle that wasn’t going to need repairs right off the bat. His response was “this truck runs out perfect and there is nothing it needs. We have had it inspected and I guarantee you will be satisfied with it.” We signed the paperwork and drove it home. This is where the issues began. The issues are as follows: • Power mirrors do not work (discovered 1 day after purchase) • Heated mirrors do not work (discovered 1 day after purchase) • Cruise control does not work (discovered 1 day after purchase) • The climate control system will only blow from the face vents. No defrost, floor vents, or bi-level work. (discovered 1 day after purchase) • The gear shifter can be placed in gear without pressing the break (huge safety issue) (discovered 2 days after purchase) • The 4wd will not work at all. It stays in 2H no matter what. I have actually had to rig the vacuum lines so that the front hubs will disengage. (discovered 2 days after purchase) All of this was brought to the attention of the dealership 2 days after purchase and the have refused to take any action on these matters. Of all these issues my main concerns are the shifter not having a working interlock which is a huge safety issue and the 4wd not working. As I see it I paid for a 4wd truck that was “guaranteed” by the sales manager to be in “perfect working condition”. The vehicle was advertised as a 4wd on their website in great condition. I feel that I was sold a vehicle that the dealer had full knowledge of defects and was lied to directly by the sales manager and staff to profit themselves. I signed an as is form but I was signing it under the false reassurance that there was nothing wrong with the truck which as I see it now is just a way for a shady dealer tomake a sale with out having to provide a properly working product. Basically I am stuck with a loan for a 4wd truck when in essence all I have is a 2wd. If I wanted a 2wd I would have bought one and payed a great deal less.

The worst place ever to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2002 Chrysler sebring on Feb 13 on Feb 15 discovered there was a oil leak. I paid cash full price for this vehicle. I contacted Mark who sold this vehicle to me. He said that it is a used vehicle and it wasnt going to be in the best condition. Advised that there was nothing they would do to fix it. Then on on Feb 22 the engine over heated and blew the head. Im looking at a expensive repair. The repair is going to cost more than what I paid for the vehicle. I went over to Vinnings and spoke with Jen (manager) and Larry, they advised they would be getting a full time mechanic there and they would help to get it fixed there. It is now March 30 and I have not heard for Larry or Jennifer. I contacted Jen and expressed my frustration about the situation. She then proceed to be really rude and frankly stated that legally she doesnt have to do anything to help me. The last thing she advised me that the mechanic has not come there yet to work there full time and she will contact me when he does. I have not heard from anyone from there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE A VEHICLE THERE. THEY SELL LEMONS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS JUST ABOUT MONEY. I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS. BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST WITHOUT A STAR. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!!

When I say crooks I mean crooks!!! They are nice talkers to get your money and after that Alex will hang up on you and basically talk to you anyway she wants the owner Darren will play cool guy when he wants you to bring him customers but other than that he will tell you your in his car he owns it. They towed my car because I didnt tell them I switched insurance , the car is insured but because I didnt call them they towed it then added on a bunch of fees in order to get it back. Car starter went out in 3 weeks, along with every light in the dashboard came on within 2 months. Do not give these ppl your money take a fair warning runnnnnnnnn!! Rude as hell I mean very very rude dont do it

Horrible, horrible establishment! This place is unprofessional and inconsiderate! Sold my family a truck and the transmission failed within 24-hours! When I called about my title not being sent off, I was hung up on. I will never go back or send anyone to this establishment!!
