We purchased a car from Discover when they first opened, the car was over 3k over the kelly blue book cost ontop of interest for a payment plan, total costs for the car was 9k and it was kelly blue booked for 4k we new we where paying a little more because of the whole paying it off but never did we expect a legit business to screw their clients over that bad I was completely a taken back, and really I felt like a complete fool but the salesmen was so trust worthy feeling, he persisted it was a good deal and I even tried to bargain with him and said he couldnt go any lower and that it was more then a fair price and I believed him I really did until a month or so goes by and the car breaks they have this system setup seemed so useful but when we got the car back they added money onto our bill like they told us would happen, and our payment went up as well as we understood would, so a month goes by and we have to take it back due to the brakes, and calibers and so before we took it there we looked our selves at the mechanic we took it to when they went out, not to have it fixed but we didnt know what to do so anyway they where destroyed, completely old and rusted almost to the point we didnt understand why they had not been squeaking but the mechanic told us we likely hadnt had brakes left when we got the car so then we had them redo them and the price never was bad for the mechanic but it again raised our bill, and again raised our total over all bill so it went on like this for about a year until we owed them triple the cars value, our payment was sky high and we where paying way more then as if I had got a new BMW so what I learned later on was that they are known for this little flim flam scam, where basically they bar cars that are junk, people didnt take care of them and never had tune up they just let their cars go, everything needing replaced an so the people buying these cars know this and are able to talk their price down a huge amount, but its a gain for them both ways see, because they get the car cheaper and then rack you up for the bill to fix it, and get it to the shape of the value they sold you the car claiming it was in and the price but then because its junk they charge you to fix it, and when you bring it in they spin it so it makes it seem like your driving, or this condition caused this and that and I wouldnt be surprised if they destroy or ruin a part so it destroys a section of the car the whole gig here is to keep you in that mechanic and see most people dont know any of this nor expect it, they just think its unique to them and that whatever the mechanic told them it was or why it happen wasnt Discovers fault!

First off, I love the fake reviews trying to convince people that this place is great. Maybe one out of all the cars on the lot is good. Notice how the good reviews are from random google users and not actual people? Why wouldnt you have the courage to put your real name up if you had a good experience ther? Oh right because your real name would be the manager or one of the salesmen! i Put $1000 down on a FOrd Explorer yesterday and drove it les than 5 miles to a gas station before it wouldnt start. Manager has anger control problems. They seem to think that the "as-is" status of their cars is a work around for fraud. I looked the error code up online and it was an electrical system problem that is common with the 2006 Explorer. Manager claims they had no idea there was an electrical problem. Fat chance. DO NO BUY FROM HERE unless you want a piece of junk car that may not even make it a mile down the road before it breaks down. Their mechanics looks like a bunch of heroin addicts. I know a crackhead that does work out of his garage that looks less sketchy than these guys. Look up reviews on better business bureau they have an F rating on there and other websites. A prostitute came in and I swear to you she offered to sleep with the sales man for a down payment on a car. Its like a bad reality tv show in there stay far away from this dump.

NEVER I repeat NEVER get a car with these people. They are all crooks and dont have a single ethical bone in their bodies. They sell POS cars to you that breakdown every other week or every other day and then Kelly the head of sales or whatever she is states "Oh its a used a car things like that happen" They take advantage of people who are desperate and have a bad or no credit. I have had nothing but issues with this car and I have only had it for like 4 months. Oh and if you want to speak with the General Manager Dave Wilson JR he conviently isnt taking calls. Hmmm??? I wonder why? Because he sells POS cars to people!!! I wish I could give no stars but unfortunately it makes me pick a star. FAIL. Go to someone like Tom Gill Chevrolet they will make sure to take care of you and are actually good people.

Bought a 08 Ford fusion awd with 130,000 on the clock car is in great shape. Only issue I found was the lifetime fluid ( Ford calls it this but its not lifetime) in the transfer case needed change. Other than that I really havent had any issues with the car. I keep reading bad reviews in here. I think part of it is that people either dont have enough financial means to maintain the car or pay for the car. Also your buying a used car do your self a favor and have it inspected by a independent shop or take it to a Firestone ( really great people there and offer a vehicle inspection ) remember always inspect something before you buy it.

Called and talked to Brandon in service dept on Wednesday...told him serpentine belt broke and having it towed in, he said they would look at it first thing Thursday morning so I called at 11 that morning after paying to have it towed in, he tells me he cant look at it till maybe Friday! I need my car to go to work and without it I cant work so in turn they get no payments from me...They are full of crap but harass you for your payment if its one day late!

1 year down on my 04 chevy malibu and ive had the check engine light come on 3 times since driven.. I got the error codes fixed as soon as the light turned on and BOOM!! The car still sitting with no lights on dash and exterior is as good when the vehicle was first released in 04.. Little to no rust at all. Payments are breaking me from owning a place for children but after 2016 i should be set. Having a job helps people..Cant wait to finish paying it off!

My daughter bought a car there and something was wrong they said we will fix it no charge. 2 weeks later it had the same problem. they kept putting her off to fix it until her 30 days were up then they wanted to charge her for the repairs. Dave the owner is very rude and talks to you as if your are dirt he talks with you fine until there is a problem then he does not want to deal with it. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone else.
