I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the Hardy Chevrolet team, especially Bryan McGarity. A little about my situation, I had been using a family car for a while now, but it was time for me to purchase another car for myself. My family had suggested using the person that they had purchased their car from, and despite being a little reluctant to go there from my previous interactions with them I did. After reviewing their inventory and options, (I will omit their names), I decided to go to Hardy Chevrolet, because I had a very specific car in mind. While they were not the only ones that had the car, I saw that they had a lot of great reviews online, some of the best. I have also seen a lot of people in town, more than any other company, driving cars with the Hardy tag on their car; there tends to be a reason behind this, because they deliver. Before we even got out of the car when we pulled up, Mr. McGarity was at the door. Now most people may think that is because they are looking for a sale, but I call it being attentive, and besides, of course they are looking for a sale, and so are you otherwise you would not be there more than likely! I appreciate Mr. McGaritys clairvoyance, if you will. He could tell that I was someone who knew what I wanted and after he introduced himself to me and my aunt who was with me for moral support, I told him what I wanted and he took me right to it. The test drive was very enjoyable, and he gave me ampule time to try it out. When we got back we sat down at his office desk, it was clear that he was the head salesman there with the amount of plaques that he had, (he even had a box full of them under his desk!). We joked about how he could make a chandelier with the amount he had, but I will digress. He was very attentive to my wants, not trying to sell me something that I could not afford, or dissuade me into getting something else for a lower cost. He spelled out my options, and answered every question that I had in through detail, and was not annoyed with the amount of questions that I had, because there were plenty. The whole process took a couple of hours, but being in real estate, attention to detail is key. I have a new found respect for car salesmen after this experience. I would consider Mr. McGarity more of a family member than a salesman, because he treated me with respect and clarified things in an honest way; something that in my opinion you do not see a lot of today in the business world. I would definitely recommend Hardy to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle. While I went there for a specific car, even if they did not have it I think I would have still left having purchased something else. They have a large and diverse inventory. This is one of those places, if I could give a higher rating I would. You will not be disappointed if you choose to buy, and even if you are not looking to purchase at this time, they will still make sure that you are taken care of.

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from your dealership in 9 months! The experience buying the 1st car (2012 Buick LaCrosse} purchased in March of 2012 was excellent and we loved the car and the way things were handle at the dealership! However in Dec. We were in a horrible accident which resulted in the total loss of the vehicle! Although we loved the Buick we were thinking seriously about buying another car from a different manufacture! ie; Nissan or Audi. We were most likely 90% sure we were going to buy 1 of these other vehicles. After going back in to Hardy to start the "gap Ins." process. Jason Sproull took control. He understood the ordeal we had been through with the accident and went way beyond what was expected to make things go as smooth as possible for the red-tape process! As I said before we had no interest in purchasing any of the other vehicles offered at Hardy only because we had our hearts set on 1 of the 2 mentioned above! After Jason worked through the initial papers needed and spelling out exactly how we can get through the process in the next couple of days he asked (without pressure)!!!as we were leaving whether we were thinking of buying another GM product through them. He said the transition would be smooth and without hassle! Which he checked out with the manager and we were then assured. We told him at that point we sort of made up our minds on a couple other vehicles. And with a smile shook our hands and wished us good luck, and he would let us know if he needed any more info. to finish up the Gap Ins process! We then left and talked about which car ( The Nissan or Audi) we were going to get! We stopped and thought at that point what Jason had said, and frankly we believed him after watching him at work! I know he's in the finance dept., but I can assure and I men 100% you we would not have gone back and bought the 2013 Chevy Camaro! I am telling you that Jason has been incredible through the whole process! I don't know what you pay him or if he'll get any credit for what he did in our sale process, but he went beyond the call of duty and it seems very natural for him to work that way! I have been in business all my life and have since retired. I have learned over the years to understand the what is important to clients, customers and potentials etc. If you understand your peoples needs you automatically are doing well for the company in the long run! He's a good one! If he is there in the future we will be back! If he isn't I would hope the others will have the the same dedication to good hard work because it worked here! I do have to mention everyone else there was very pleasant to work with and we were pleased. Dusty took care of the haggle part and did a great job too. Jason got this sale for the dealership and a friend for life in the process. Feel free to call us anytime. If you need anymore info! Thanks again! Terri Baugher and Lou Camp

My best friend purchased her car from here and she said it was a good experience. Plus, I always hear their friendly ads on the radio, so I figured this would be a good place to get my vehicle serviced. Initially, the person I spoke to over the phone was very friendly. I told her that the dealership where I purchased my vehicle back in February(out of state) called and told me there was a recall on my vehicle. She looked it up by my vin and told me I could come in anytime between 8 & 5 and that it shouldnt take no longer than 20 minutes. Yesterday, I went in and a older man that I dont believe worked in that department greeted me. I explained my reason for being there. He said just give them a few minutes and he took my keys. What he did next just floored me! As we were talking, he preceded to scratch his scalp with my keys! I cant even make this up! After I confronted him about that, I walked outside. I couldnt believe what just happened. Not only is that unsanitary, its very disrespectful. If he hadnt been my grandfathers age, I probably wouldve said some choice words to him. I shouldve just left at that point but I didnt. Like I said, I was there for a recall, so it wasnt costing me anything. As I walked back in the building, a service rep was at the kiosk. He asked me if I had been helped. I told him yes. The older guy who initially greeted me and scratched his scalp with my keys was standing right there looking dumbfounded as if nothing happened a few minutes before. He told me to come and tell him why I was there. I explained the situation again. He asked what was my recall, I didnt know. He also asked who I talked to and did I have an appointment. I explained to him that I talked to a lad on the phone the day before. So he proceeded to add me into the system while coming off as being rude. He told me they will get to me as soon as they could. He noticed that my tire pressure was low on my car and asked if I wanted to get that looked at. I declined, because I simply wanted them to do their job on the recall so I could get the heck out of there. About 20 minutes later my car was ready. They did indeed add air to my tire, but the damage was already done. The receptionist who handed me my paperwork and keys was by far the nicest person there that I came in contact with. Needless to say, I will never bring my car there again. I will drive all the way across town to get my vehicle serviced than drive 15 minutes from my residence to Hardy.
