You dont want to buy from them. They will give you a junk car. The car wasnt even 24 hours old off of their lot and sensors were going off. The sway bars were completely broken and they said nothing was wrong with it. I never missed a payment and I had it for 6 months when my husband wrecked and totaled the car. They were supposed to only get $1,800(what I owed on the car) but theyre getting $3,400 plus what I had already paid them. They hire dope fiens to work in their garage that isnt certified mechanic that sale from his car lot. The owner makes his workers go pick up prostitute for him

Do NOT go here to buy a car! I hav two kids and while my husband was deployed he asked for me to get a newer suv. I went to payless and they sold me a piece of crap. I had it two weeks and it broke down and I had to have it towed in which they made me pay for. Needless to say they didnt fix it and I took it to a real mechanic and they said hoses and wires were missing and were surprised it even ran in the first place. They are just out for your money. Go some where else anywhere else

Me and my fiance went here to get a vehicle. Before we even got it home it started missing real bad, coils were bad. A week later a leave spring busted and because of the liner in the truck we didnt realize the bed is rusted through so the part went barreling up through the bed. 2 days later the other side busted. Theyre not willing to help and not willing to trade the vehicle. Theyre crooks and dont give a Damn about people. I would NEVER recommend this place for ANYONE!!

The owner is a over all good guy, yes I bought a CTS that had a lot of problems but with ever problem he did try to help although the car ended up being garbage he did switch out the car for another car. Its not as pretty as the CTS but it seems to be dependable so far. My only negative thought with this deal is I did have to pay taxes on both cars. But beats going buying a different car.. The caddy was sold as is... So Im OK with the deal.

We got one vehicle from Payless about to get a second, they have bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we purchased. Everyone from the sales people to the office manager even the owner and company mechanic took the time to listen and made sure we got the vehicle we wanted and needed in great working condition. Thats why we are going back to them for our second car.

If I could give them NO STARS! I WOULD!!!!! my check engine light came on literally 3 days ! After driving off the lot! My heater doesnt work, and it keeps over heating!! I have three kids! Not to mention my youngest is a newborn! I feel they are all about MONEY-MONEY-MONEY!!!! I will NEVER go to this place again and Ill never suggest anyone to go here!
