All the employees here are extremely polite and ever since December of last year, this particular location has become extremely focused on its customer service; looking to provide a better buying experience to first time shoppers and guests that frequent the store often. The employees now always greet every customer to enter the store and do their best to fulfill customer requests and answer any and all questions that they receive. Even when the store is packed from a movie theater rush, the employees make sure that the store is presentable and clean for its guests, and that almost all items are stocked and easy to find; and if an item is out of stock they always check nearby locations to make sure you find what youre looking for. Every time I have been in the store, the employees have been extremely helpful and friendly when it comes to questions about a product, and they do not make purchases feel rushed; taking time to explain additional features and just chat about gaming interests and new products that are close to releasing. The stores location is convenient and the atmosphere inside is very homey and the employees are kind, funny, and openly talk and laugh with the customers and each other (unlike robots at other stores); resulting in an environment that is fun, easy, friendly, and enjoyable to shop in/at. I highly recommend this GameStop store to new shoppers and repeat customers alike.

I come here often considering its 5 minutes from my house. Several of the employees there know me by name and know exactly what I come there for which is either xbox one stuff or Funko Pops, they print me a list of the future stuff coming without me even asking and always are willing to give me the best of what they have in the store. They call me regularly to let me know when new things arrive and call me promptly every time a new game is either there or they give me a reminder of pre release nights. I highly recommend visiting this gamestop if your in the area.

Never gonna come back to this store!!! Very rood and unprofessional stuff!!! I tried to buy xbox 360 and i need some help with that, i was completely ignored by 2 employers!!! I was really upset with that, because i was ONLY costumer there!!! So I left and went to the MALL GAME STOP store, where I bought my Xbox 360!!! Thanks to JENNIFER, She was really NICE AND HELPFUL! I WOULD Highly recommend to everybody SHOP AT the MALL GAME STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT Waste your time for1543 Town center Dr store!!!

This is a wonderful little store i often stop by just to talk to the guys up here they are knowledgeable in all aspects of video gaming. They have arguably the biggest selection of all the different Gamestops around the Lakeland area, much more homier than the one at the mall and better customer service than the once across the street from the mall. The staff are awesome and the manager is a very cool guy.

I drive past 3 other gamestop stores just because I like the staff so much and I just so happen to like the smell of cigars (even thow you cant smell the tabaco when your inside). The staff is super helpful and the used game selection is descent and they stay stalked with the PlayStation cards lol

I stop in at Gamestop everytime I see them. The Lakeland Gamestop has a weird feel to it. Im not sure why but I dont like visiting this one. The last time I dropped by here someone who the staff told me was the District Manager was at the store and he made me feel even weirder about the store.

Will never be back to this store ever again! Employees of the store treat you like your a idiot, and they dont even know what they are talking about, very rude to the customers. Will never recommend this store to anyone and will never be back.

This location is located next door to a cigar bar. The ventilation system doesnt work well so it often smells like tobacco here. The people are very helpful, but we still avoid this location when possible so we dont get lung cancer.

I walked into the store in lakeside village and had to turn around and leave. The store smelled like cigarettes so bad, other customers were not happy as well.
