Never received a call regarding a broken Sega Genesis / CD I left at their store. They told me they would get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it and work some kind of deal (Trade in credit / Cash). Its been atleast 3 maybe 4 months and nothing. Last thing I heard about it was apparently some guy that works there took it and was "evaluating" it. Cool people working there but I left the console trusting they would do something for me. Who knows what they did with it now.. Decent game selection as well. Not so much the prices or trade values. After buying stuff there and then comparing prices online (including shipping), I felt a bit jipped off but thought I was doing good by helping a local business. Maybe if they kept their word, they would of kept a loyal costumer. The Genesis situation just left a bad taste in my mouth. Even an update on the situation wouldve been fine. Will keep on driving when I pass this place from now on..

Outstanding!!!! Thats all I can say. Went in to trade in some videogames and system and walked out with what I wanted. The trade was fair and both parties were happy. The 2 guys there were Romaro and little heavier white guy(Lol!!,Sorry I dont know your name.) Both were very nice and easy to deal with, and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before I left. I loved the selection of all the retro stuff that they had and their positive attitudes, which is rarely seen these days. Believe me, customer service alone can make or brake a business!!! This place will have my repeat business from me, for sure. I have been into games for quite a while and this place stands out above all the rest!!!! Please, if your into classic (retro) or modern games you owe it to yourself to visit this place and see what I am talking about. Good job guys, gamers need more places like this. 5 stars all the way. Loved the customer service!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Its an awesome place run by great people. The latest and greatest game, plus all those bits of nostalgia you love. My first day in was a trip back in time. I cant remember how many times I said "No Way! You guys have that". The best part is if they dont have it they can get it. Hardware, software, disc repair- they have it all. Also, they keep their roots in the community by sponsoring local tournaments and local artist. Fantastic Place. Fantastic People.

Amazing! Ive been look for a Gameboy Advanced sp for the nostalgia. I brought online on ebay and of course there was a lot of problems. I finally got my uncle to go to the Eccentric Emporium and lucky they had one. It was perfect. I have no problems. They also sell games for it which is great since GameStop doesnt sell GBA games anymore. I plan on come a lot more often so I can start the GBA collection I never finished.

These guys are AMAZING. Most people are hesitent when I walk in with my 4 year old gamer in training, but the guys were so nice. We had come in to resurface some games my son had scratched and one game was so scratch they GAVE ME THE GAME OFF THE SHELF for the same price as the resurface. The guys were funny, the place is inviting. There just awesome gamers doing what they love. 10/10

This store definitely has anything you need to get your retro fix. I came along thanks to my brother, and been happy with the numerous purchases I have made here. Got me an N64 with a long favorite game of mines. This review may not sound like much, but I do highly recommend for you to visit this store. It is worth the trip.

this store is simply amazing, they have every console you could think of from atari to ps4. constantly getting new and rare games. they have a huge assortment of action figures. also a game room to die for. I constantly find myself being drawn there, weather just to browse or to buy you always feel welcome.

Eccentric Emporium is a really good store for retro and current video game relative stuff. Today i got a gba for 25$ and 2 games each of them were 15$. The staff there is really friendly and understandable while you are there. If you guys are reading this keep on doing what you and keep gaming. :)

MUCH better experience after a second visit. Person there was friendly, and the prices were far more fair than before. Was very pleasantly-surprised at how well things went this time. Will come back when time permits.

Great store. I came from Chile and was amazed by the sortiment in the store. I bought a Sega Dreamcast and some games that I already tried here in Santiago. I highly recommend to visit this place.
