I spoke with Rob Smith on the phone on the Friday before fathers day about purchasing a Ranger Crew. He was the BEST. He got all of my information, and answered all of my questions, as I had no clue what I was buying. All I knew was that my husband wanted one. Loretta called me back to let me know it was all done, and all I needed to do was come and sign the papers. I showed up Saturday morning met these two great people and made arrangements for someone to pick it up for me at 4pm so my husband could have it on Sunday. My father in law showed up to pick it up at 4 and it was to big for his trailer, but the great people at Genes loaned him a trailer so I would have it for fathers day. Rob and Loretta went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable fathers day gift!!!! MY HUSBAND WAS SO SUPRISED AND LOVED HIS RANGER CREW 800. Thanks for making this possible ROB and LORETTA

I dont understand why I am getting horrible service from Genes. I chosen Genes to buy an RZR because I saw all the good reviews. There was no issue with purchasing my new ride, but I cant say the same for their service department. Nick is a nice guy, I dont really have an issue with him but the technician, who worked on repairing my $22K vehicle did a horrible job. He was completely careless in repairing my ride. He missed over 4 x Screws and at least 5 x push down taps and there was missing stickers. I dont really care about the missing stickers, but it just goes to show the quality of his work. It has been at least three months since my repair started and I am still waiting to receive my missing screws. I really dont understand why I am getting horrible service while everyone else is putting up 5 Stars.

From waiting 2 and half hours to get a price to getting yelled i wish i could put it at zero stars. Look, we have been here before in 2014 and that was probably the best service we have ever had at a polaris dealership, now in 2017, we show up and get service, but getting into the prices we couldnt seem to get them to get any lower so we say we are going to a different dealership, then out of no-where the guy that was helping us (not disclosing names) says, "whatever" and walks off. Luckly for us one of the sales managers decided to help us and we still couldnt get the price lower and we left. Look, if you want business you need to focus on customer service.

This place is epic. I talked to Andrew for weeks asking him a million questions about boats and he helped me get the exact one I needed. The guy is so awesome he was answering my texts at 11pm. Once I got there him Chase and Chance had all the paperwork ready to go for me I was in and out with a new boat in no time. Before I left Matt hopped in the boat with me and we flew around their lake in the back for a while. The whole experience was awesome and the complex is as good as the service. I highly recommend going and talkin to these guys to find out what you need. They know about what they are selling. 5 stars all day long.

I wanted to preface this review as I have not directly worked with Genes Powersports. That being said, I still felt the strong need to leave this review as I can not praise Nicholas enough for the quality of communication he expressed. He has been extremely professional and prompt about his communications with me and my business establishment. He is straight forward and helpful with information he can provide. He was a class act all the way around and I wouldnt hesitate to work with Nicholas again, or recommend him to assist a customer. Thanks again, and take care sir!

I had to take my Commander in for power steering repairs. Nick, as usual, was great to deal with. Every time Ive taken my Commander there he has gone above and beyond. AJ is great too. Every time she has told me she would return a call she did. And did so promptly. The only reason for four stars instead of five was on the sales end. When I asked how much to install and item I was given the wrong price. Thankfully, Nick took care of it even though it was not his error. I would recommend Genes to anyone looking to purchase or repair an ATV.

I just ordered a Larson boat through Genes Marine. I definitely recommend them for your next boat purchase or if you just want to get more information. Kelby, Sales Associate, and the management staff were very patient and informative. I never felt like they were trying to push a sale- I ended up ordering exactly what I wanted instead of settling for something they had on in the showroom. Their prices a reasonable and quality of service is worth taking a look at these folks- they are good people and will take care of you!

“We just purchased 2 Yamaha VX Delux wave runners from Andrew at Genes. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire deal. We live about two hours away and even visited a dealership closer to home after speaking with Andrew. However, we came back to Genes to make our purchase with Andrew due to his knowledge, friendly attitude and great pricing. We also enjoyed the rest of the staff and the finance lady we dealt with. Several months later when I returned it, there were no questions asked and the service was excellent. Also, I met the owner Gene when we were there and was very impressed with how friendly and helpful he was with us. I bought my boat from Genes, Seemed like a great dealer when I was purchasing but their service department has been horrible. Have had multiple issues with the boat and it seems every time I pick it up after they have been working on it for the past 1-2 months there is something else wrong. They do not check everything before they call and say it is ready nor do they clean the boat. Goes in clean gets worked on for 1-2 months comes back dirty.

My sales man Mike Sievers was very helpful and very detailed in showing me all about the machine I purchased. He was never pushy in making me buy something that I didnt want. He gave me good advice and the information I needed to make the purchase I wanted to make. All the other men that helped me through the purchasing process were very helpful too just cant remember all their names but thank you. Will be back to get some accessories soon.

Horrible horrible... did I mention horrible service. I buy parts on a weekly basis and every time Ive walked into this store parts guys just stare at you and say "what do you want "... No "h3llo sir how are you doing" or even a "how can I help you sir". This is why all my business my friends and family business and anyone affiliated with the local park will choose Team mancuso south in Lamarque. Worth the drive just to be appreciated.
