This is a good one so buckle up... So i bought my new 2015 grizzly 700 from these people back in January, but only for the reason that they had the exact one i wanted in stock on the floor and i didnt have to wait for some one to order it, the sales guy and finance guy were both great, had an amazing experience with them. Now fast-forward about 8-9 months and i stat to have a few small issues, no biggie since i bought the Y.E.S. (Yamaha extended service) so i call them up and take her in for warranty work/repair. One of the issues was with my 2 front axles clicking when turning and was told since they arnt broke or busted then they cant replace them.. ok i understand that, BUT.... my other issue of my 4x4 drive selector system is what made me decide to never buy any thing from them ever again as well as cancel my extended warranty. After doing a lot of research online and on the Yamaha forum i found it to be a fairly common problem with the 14 & 15 models having issues with the 4x4 system which the service manager openly admitted to know about. so after about 3.5 weeks i get a call and am told theirs nothing they can do since the components havent failed, i was told that they were failing here and their but since it wasnt a 100% failure then they could not fix , even though in the warranty paperwork it clearly states any components that are "Defective or Malfunctioned or Broken" will be replaced under the warranty then this guy wants to tell me that since its not 100% broke he cant do any thing, really? that to me sounds like very poor work ethics, he didnt want to replace defective and malfunctioning parts because he would loose out on money since its a warranty issue, Also when i was their picking up my grizzly i noticed it was COVERED in dust from them test riding it and they decided to not clean up what they made dirty, and after getting my grizzly home i then found that the front skid plate had a nice fresh coating of oil and dust from them taking the servo motor off of the front differential and when they put it back in they just decided to not clean up after them selves, i then took it upon my self to troubleshoot and fix my 4wheeler on my own since these people are not qualified or competent enough to do so, during my initial inspection i found the issue of engaging into 4 wheel diff lock had gotten worse and during my inspection of my front diff. servo motor i found the o-ring that seals the oil inside the front diff where the servo is mounted to had been pinched and broken from them improperly installing the servo, i also found they did NOT re-time the servo to the front diff properly, after that i found that 1 of the 4wd system relays was malfunctioning so i replaced it and have corrected the initial issue my self as well as cleaning up and fixing this dealers ships screw-ups If any one from this dealership reads this just keep in mind, the sales guy and finance guy were good when i bought the grizzly BUT your service department/technicians & manager are ignorant and lazy, very lazy, and also i did take plenty of pictures and videos so i can show Yamaha Corp. what all happened and to reiterate to them what i said above about the morons in your service department

PEOPLE DONT GET INVOLVE WITH THIS PLACE YOU GOING TO REGRET IT . WHEN IT COMES TO THE. SERVICE DEPARTMENT . I really want to give them a big fat 0. Since May I been trying to schedule my 2015 RzR 900 for the recalls at this place. The Service Department are so so so lazy.No customer service training. The first time I went some 2 guys were detailing 2 used motorcycles and 2 where "BSing" around the counter. One guy approach me ask what "I Need". He didnt say how can I help you. I had my recall paper on my hand and ask if i need to schedule my RZR for this recalls. He automatically, said we do not go by schedules and gave me a business card call in 2 weeks. We dont have parts to cover the recalls. Told the guy okay so I need just bring it and drop it off or what. I ask because they dont go by schedules He flat out just said just call . The others just had the expression like if it was funny. I call 3 times between then and know. We dont have the parts. Call in a week. Ya my say go some where else. And hated it because I am in a walking distance from this place. Where I call be checking on my equipment. Hopefully a manager or a Polaris Corporation Manager read this. We are going to proceed with a major complaint with the Corporation of Polaris.

After almost two months I realized they had not mailed the license plate. I live about 200 miles away from this dealership and understandably requested they mail the plate to me. Called them and one of their team members stated that it was at their office and they would mail it. After waiting about 10 days I called back to get an update. This time I spoke with the person who handles the decal and license plate process. He said you have no plates to be delivered and that he had mailed a decal. After telling him I didnt receive that decal and that I should have gotten a license plate he became angry and hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak with a manager. He found out the license plate was sent to the wrong address almost two months ago and instead of fixing this error he told me I needed to go to the court house myself and apply to get them. (It costs $7 to get a duplicate plate). Even the sales person who was very enthusiastic during the sale didnt call me back to find out what was going on with the plates.

I bought my motorcycle from This place..thought I got a really good deal I purchased a $600- 3 year warranty also because it was a used bike. I am new to bike riding so when riding my motorcycle it kept cutting off I just thought I needed to adjusted the throttle accordingly I rode the bike less than 200 miles within that year because of working or weather..I took my bike in 1 year later for an routine $100 oil change; when they looked the bike over for service they quickly came back and said I needed a carburetor overhaul $360 and and a front fork was leaking which was $200. I said no problem I just purchased the bike last year and I have a warranty.. They promptly without checking and said that none of the work was covered under warranty.. My assertions are they they sold me the bike with the bad carburetor and leaking forks. They wont let you test drive the bikes at all....in any case now I have a $900 service Bill not covered by a warranty They sold me when I purchased the bike.. Highly pissed and out of $900

I am only giving it a 1 star because it is needed to write a review. This place is bad. Since the first time I came in the service is slow. You are not approached by anybody that works there until they want to. They dont even acknowledge you or welcome you. Once they finally ask you why you are there, it is in a bad mood as if they already want to live the place. The worst experience of all is when you pick up your ATV or bike and you signed a paper so they wont work on your vehicle if you dont desire it or cant afford it. They completely dismantled my ATV and not even put the screws where they belonged. They gave me piece for piece in my hands. I even had to asked the for a few pets that I know are hard to get because they wanted to keep them thinking I would forget about them. Not sure if they took anything else from the ATV until I take it to a real place. Thieves.
