I tried to use the 40% off coupon on the REGULAR price of one yard of fabric. The clerk (Beth) refused. I requested she call the Store Manager to the counter. She called him on the phone and refused to tell him that a customer was requesting to speak with him. He (Jesse) sent a department manager (Letty) who came over and said I couldnt use the coupon because the fabric was on sale. I explained that I wasnt wanting the 40% off the sale price, I was wanting to use the coupon on the regular price as was stated on the coupon. Beth argued that she called the manager. I repeated that I want to speak to the manager and had to demand her to call him and ask him to come. Ive never had this problem at the other Hobby Lobbys. Letty was very rude and walked off. The manager (Jesse) finally came and said the store manager was out for the day and he was co-manager. Jesse said this was his store managers policy and refused to honor the coupon. I read the coupon to him and he very curtly replied, "Ive read it." Jesse said the coupon cant be used on advertised sale merchandise. (Calicoes are always advertised!) No where does the coupon say it cant be used on advertised merchandise. The coupon states the 40% off is off the REGULAR price and can be used on one cut of fabric. Is this false advertisement, or a form of bait and switch! This Hobby Lobby is very rude and does not honor their coupon. I was not asking for the 40% off the sale price and explained that to them. They still refused to honor the coupon and refused to provide polite assistance.

I tried to return an embroidered garden flag ($10 - 50% off) that shredded itself in less than 2 hours of flapping in the breeze. I didnt return to the store for 10 days after the sale due to an ice storm, and company visiting, and its a 110 mile round trip by motorcycle. The Hobby Lobby manager said, "I cant do anything for you." I said, "REALLY??!!". He said, "I cant resell it." I said, "I didnt expect you to resell it, but I expected you to stand behind your products." I said it just came apart after only 2 hours, and he said, "I dont buy that." So, over a $5 refund, he told me I was lying. I would not suggest that anyone boycott Hobby Lobby, but if there is the slightest possibility that a product could be defective, I would certainly buy instead from Target, Walmart, Amazon, or anyone other than Hobby Lobby in Corpus Christi.

Like an above story, I tried to return a faulty picture frame and was informed it couldn't be resold so it wasn't allowed, clearly in conflict with the stores usual policy. I bought the frame less than the 60 day return policy. I placed my picture in the frame and the glass busted down the middle. Of course their frames cost more than anywhere else in town, and apparently they have the same quality as the ones from various dollar stores. I will be boycotting hobby lobby and will now buy all my art/craft supplies from Micheal's or Jo-Anne's and other various places in Corpus Christi.

And so much more. A perfect stop for virtually any hobbyist

If you can help it, dont buy anything from here that is not on sale. They have a rotating sale that will basically have everything on sale in the store like once per month. The selection is great and almost all of the employees will be more than happy to help you with anything you need.

I LOVE this Hobby Lobby because it is so organized and I almost always find what I am looking for. There are always sale signs and the prices are good. The one thing about it is that the lines can get long but it is worth the wait.

Cant say enough about my favorite store. In Moore Plaza, so its very accessible and easy to find. Always running sales for seasonal and regular items, and I use my mobile 40% off coupon for any regularly priced item.

It never fails that every time I go here I have to wait at least 10 min in line. They have so many employees around but none are working! They have ok products but its not worth it.
