Vegans/Vegetarians steer clear of this place.Today I was in this area for other reasons.I decided to get my veggie needs here on the way home.BIG mistake,Fruit flies over every single tomato.Bad mushrooms and brown lettuce.I tried to get the best I could as I was pressed for time,but lo and behold, when we got home we found our produce was all but trashed.I will go to my local store and see if they can refund or exchange because I feel this mess will make my family sick.Please do yourself a favor and go to ANY other publix if you are able, otherwise you will be wasting your time and money at this place!

Deli was suppose to have my two sandwhiches ready at 9:25 am according to their online ordering times. Got there and have been waiting for a while since their chicken is not ready yet and its 9:50 am and they are still not prepared! Deli is super slow! Not happy with their service they need to speed up their process especially since they are open since 7 am there is NO excuse for them to be so behind!

I love shopping at publix! The staff is always so helpful. Today I had the pleasure of talking with Chelsie and Nate. Both are extremely positive employees. But Nate is top notch. Every time I go into the store, I always see him smiling,singing, telling jokes and interacting with the small children. Keep up the great customer service Publix.

Was welcomed by a young man at customer service (AJ); hes terrific!! He first assisted me at the counter and then directed me towards my items needed. I then was greeted by the store manager Ted and after taking for a while i realized that this was truely the store for me. The store was clean and the team fantastic. I loved the cashier Kinsee

The deli and sandwich area is SOOOOO OOOO SLOW!!!! and theres always 5 workers with ONE person doing the sandwiches and let me not start on customer service,its HORRIBLE! not friendly at all! not a welcoming publix! Just be ready to WAIT! ...Gina the deli manager didnt appear to care that their wasnt anything prepped for deli..disappointing

Once again. Go to get a sub. Only one person in front of me. Waited almost a half hour! This deli is by far the worst customer service ever. Hope was super rude not only to me but the guy in front of me. He said hed never be back. Theres zero accountability. I dont know how anyone in the department still has a job. Especially the manager.

Normally Im very happy with this store, aside from a couple Deli issues, now today at 7:21pm we were told they are about to close so they wont make any more popcorn chicken for my daughter...The store closes at 10pm per the website. Very disappointed as is my child whom was very excited to have this for dinner tonight.

This particular Publix excells in customer service and quality products. Heather, AJ, Christian and others demonstrate why Publix has become such a success. Also, three cheers for offering more and more organic products. Some day perhaps they will offer Black Angus Certified Beef as another great addition.

The deli is not impressive to say the least. Ive been shopping with publix from different Lakeland stores to Clermont to Miami. This store deli at 10:00 am was very unprepared for the day. Ill travel further so I wont go here again

Love this Publix. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. The chain is amazing in general. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because Ive had multiple instances of sale prices or BOGO not ringing up correctly.

All Publix should put some actual fruit in their bakery not some artificially flavored jelly. Go buy there turnovers or Danish strips and see if you can find even a single cherry or any raspberry.
