I usually shop here because of the location, convenience, and variety. I will continue going but will be mindful of my selections. I have to say the prepared foods section is not safe-many times Ive purchased prepared "already cooked" boneless chicken wings and bone-in wings that are completely raw in the middle. Or macaroni salad that is rotten. You can only tell when you bite into it! They have specials-purchase 5 prepared items for $20 and you can have a complete meal but its NOT WORTH it if the food is uncooked and/or sour and putrid. FOOD SAFETY IS NOT HAPPENING in the prepared foods section. Avoid it. Either cook your Giant Eagle food from scratch or buy the frozen nationally-branded stuff thats made in a factory (they at least has some type of regulations in place.) DONT buy food that cooked there...Ive been sick for months over this.

Giant Eagle has always been one of my favorite grocery stores. The remodeling at the Fairlawn location is phenomenal. The store is incredibly bright, clean, and well stocked. The staff I have had contact with were all friendly and knowledgeable. The manager even took the time to show me where the tomato paste was located! I highly recommend this location. The addition of new organic, natural and specialty products will keep me shopping there for many years to come.

Couldnt find the White Castles.They keep moving them around the freezer cases. They didnt have Bob Evans stuffing, Giant Eagle Angus sliders, Breyers lo-carb fudgesicles, brisket, boneless short ribs, or any other slow-cook beef. I usually buy something from all of the above. At least the bread was fresh today. A one-star experience from a three-star chain.

As most Giant Eagles, this store has a wide array of products that are well organized. The beer section is very well done, with signs explaining what a lager and an ale is, geared toward beer beginners as most shoppers are. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Great place and the prices arent too bad if you look for the deals.

There bakery decided to take it upon themselves to change my daughter's first birthday cake without calling me to ask what I'd like to change it to and I was furious when I seen the cake was a totally different cake from what I had picked out. There was nothing I could do my baby's party was 3 hours away.

Three checkout line employees were rude and clueless. Clearly need some training and better management. Rather expensive for just about everything. Ill stick to acme. Great selection and convenience, though. Store is clean and organized.

After driving out here for some NyQuil, I was rudely greeted by two workers (outside smoking) informing me the store was closed..... I was Very disappointed there was no sign posted that the store hours changed!! .....

Giant Eagle may have slightly higher prices then Marcs-ALDI but it is worth it for time saved. I never really have a list of things to buy when i go in and always utilize their specials.

My "home" Giant Eagle. I really like this place! Its clean, well-kept, has a friendly staff and wide variety. Folks at the counters (deli, ready-made, etc) are all super nice!
