This is my least favorite Publix in town! They never seem to get it right in their deli!! This is not my first rodeo with them either however today 9/6/16 I order a sub at 1:45pm to be ready at 2:10pm. I always online order my subs because I get a limited lunch break. I get there at 2:20pm sub is not ready so I ask the boy behind the deli counter if Im in the right place he tells me I am, so continue to ask about my sub that obviously is not in the pick up area. He asks around never telling me that they would get on it... So I wait paitiently until I finally ask again after seeing the guy making subs, continue to make subs for customers and even for employees on their lunch break but not me. I said "is anyone going to be making my sub!?" So finally he gets a lady to come an do it. She then tells me she is out of the kind of bread I wanted... At that point I was over it. I just said I had to get back to work so forget about it. She didnt really seem to care. I guess to her that was just one less thing she had to do. I had ordered early enough in the day that she or whoever could have made fresh bread or called and told me they would be out so I didnt drive all the way there to waste my lunch break. I would have still gotten the sub it was just the point. Every other Publix that messes up in this way (which has happened I dont expect everyone to be perfect) they make sure they get right on it and always going above and beyond for their customers, apologizing up and down but not this Publix... Not even an apology for not having it made. I have even gotten free subs before from Publixs (not ever this Publix) that may have been late getting ready or what not . I really hope this manager reads this as I would have liked to have spoken to one personally however I have a limited time for lunch.

I went to publix like always and an employee name Ray was so rude to me for no reason. He spoke to me with out giving me eye contacts, he was extremely rude and he was not professional . He asked me if I want to purchase something from the lottery place or I am going to check my tickets. I told him i have to check the tickets. I handle my tickets to Ray and he was not giving eye contact. he couldnt scan one of my tickets , He told me with an attitude that next time i suppose not to band the tickets. rude and awkward, he did give me $ 12 . i did not ask for the money I want more tickets but Mr Ray decided for me what to have. no professional at all. I was mad i went and I spoke to the manager , he was next to one of the ails he was I think a different department manager. He was polite he did apologize he empathy and he told me that he will follow up with the situation. When i went out to my car I called the store manager and told him the story he did apologize and he told me that Ray is one of his best employee. At that moment I was shocked to have a employee like Ray as the best employee, is a disaster for Publix. Shopping with pleasure is not any more with employee like Ray at publix .

Well this store is making many changes. The store looks great and updated, but I cant say the same about the people that work there. Im not sure what they are doing with the employees, but today 3/22/13 at 12:38pm they entire group at the deli dept was new... the guys had no idea what they were doing... I ordered two Sandwiches for lunch and the bread was hard as a rock. as if they used bread that was old... the most popular sandwich there (The Ultimate) was NASTY... Sloppy and difficult to eat... I go to Publix even though other places are cheaper because the experience and the people that work there. But after today I doubt I will go back. DISAPPOINTED

Every time I visit this Publix I am wowed by the level of customer service. Today I visited and Carlo was graciously pleasant. He is amazing. Always smiling and welcoming. He walked me out to my car and thanked me for shopping at Publix. He began looking for card but had none on him at the time, so I asked what the card was about and he said to thank me for shopping with Publix. He then ran back to the store in the scorching heat to get me a card. So I also walked back to the building to save him the walk. It was a thank you card with coupons! Very thoughtful. My cashier; Mary Lou was also great as usual. It is always a pleasure shopping at Publix indeed

On 10/13/14 I was helping my 93 year old friend do some shopping and while we were in the store my friend passed out (later found out a Heart Attack). I caught him and yelled for help. Mr. Alvin Chevis came with some store employees. My friend recovered and we continued to shop.. It was about five/ten minutes later, and he passed out again. I dont know what made Mr. Chevis stand back and watch us, but he was there in seconds to help me lower Elmer to the floor. Mr. Chevis got people there to help us and get a ambulance to take him to the hospital. Mr. Chevis being there made the difference and I thank him. Jerry McCartney

A mothers nightmare when her adult son leaves home to move to Florida to begin a new job and gets very sick. Him home alone with no food and me distraight at the realization no one can take of him. No food in the house and flat on his back. Being a loyal Publix customer I relied on my instincts that somehow Publix could help. And they did. In short time they arranged a short list of itemsto be delivered to him. This is what makes Publix excel above the rest. Customer service that goes above and beyond. Terrible customer service, I was at cash register today to check out and all I had was two items and first of the cashier Cherley, young girl, looked right at me standing in line and didnt speak,then her work friend Im assuming was behind me and when I get to the cash register to check out, The girl Cherley tells her to come around me and she checks her out BEFORE me ,and told her to come around me! What kind of mess is that!? Didnt ask me nor apologize for doing that! Rude people! Those people need to be fired! DONT GO TO THIS STORE, EVERY TIME I EVER WENT BAD EXPERIENCE!

We regularly shop this Publix, but were very impressed by the Bakery Managers helpfulness and suggestions. We were planning a birthday party for three family members and wanted a sports themed cake geared towards adults. He listened to what we wanted in the cake and helped us make the final decision. He even went to Tampa to get what he needed for the cake! His staff was very accommodating when we added a name to the cake a few days before pick up, and he texted my husband t let him now it was ready! How awesome is that? We were very impressed!
