This has got to be the least friendliest publixs I have ever encounter. I moved to Davenport in March, and every time I shop here I have encounter the most miserable workers who could give to sheets how they treat a customer. Not one person who works there is friendly or helpful. Not once has any bagged ever asked if they can help you. The cashier who is the worst is Dania. She has the nastiest attitude and the most unfriendly. There is a bug way up her butt. I think they should start selling personalities because most of them can definetly buy one, for they have none especially her. She is so rude!!! I dont know maybe she has a reason to act that way. But I cant see why. Just a rude old lady. Forget about pre ordering your deli selection on line, because they royally screw that up. Most of the time it is not even ready and you have to stand their and wait. Which defeats the whole purpose of pre ordering!! I will never shop here again and am blessed that there is another up the road. Shame on you all.

Worst experience with the bakery manager and staff! I ordered a cake in advance with the guarantee that they could make it in the style I wanted. They made it incorrectly the first time and had to remake it 30 minutes after pickup, delaying the time I would make it to the party. The final product had red, yellow, and green roses on it and very plain. I called and politely spoke with the manager, who refused to help after 5 minutes of conversation because he thought the cake was beautiful the way it was and didnt need to be fixed. Today is my sisters 25th birthday but instead she is getting a cake intended for an elderly woman. I will never order or shop from this Publix for lack of customer service.

Although the staff is helpful, friendly BoGos and special sales items are not available or restocked days after advertised. Post cereals, day 5, only less popular ones on shelf, spread out, but day after special the popular ones are restocked. Seattle coffee, level 3, ground, missing within 3 days, for the next 5 days, told to get rain check, or special order. Again Management refusing to restock, think one should buy other levels or beans. Publix club soda, non on shelf within hours of sale day. These items were readily available at another Publix 2 miles away. Tired of having to check on products that they tell me will be restocked and they are not.

Ive never had any issues at publix before, but at this particular one the employee at the deli took 10 minutes to come and help me and once I ordered she disappeared for another 5 minutes. Then she came back and washed the knife at the sink and used the same gloves to do this and handle the meat for my sandwich. She was chewing gum the entire time she prepared my sandwich, which having worked in food service before, I know is unsanitary.

SHAME on Publix for outright wanting to deny people medication they need, while at the same time has no problem selling alcohol , tobacco, and prescription pills. SHAME ON YOU PUBLIX. Donation of almost a million dollars to try and block patients from their meds. Hope you are proud of that. Hope it costs you way more than that donation in lost business. WINN DIXIE is our new go to store.

A small grocery store that is currently going under slight renovation. The staff is friendly. The store can feel a little cramped at times but is generally clean and stocked. Publix is generally more expensive than other grocery stores however does offer weekly buy one get one deals which can save you a lot of money when combined with coupons.

I received a western Union in a large amount. Asked the coustomer service ladys if there was some one whom could walk me to my car. The Manager/ awesome gentleman walked me safety to my car & made sure I was secure in my car before leaving. Thank you for the best coustomer service I have had in my life time so far

Every time I vacation in Florida I go to Publix for our grocery shopping. They have a great variety of food here. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and courteous, unlike what I am used to here in NJ. Only drawback is that it is a little pricey. But it is still a much better option than Walmart.

Such great customer service, especially from Susanne in the bakery department!!!! She went above and beyond in assisting me and my family. Highly recommend this branch because even at checkout, everyone was friendly. Plus, the store was clean and well stocked.

Stopped in to pick up just a few groceries and came away with all but I item. Thought the fruit was just a little pricey but most everything else was good. The store was clean and associates answered a couple of our questions to our satisfaction. Well be back.

If this publix was the only publix existed I would have never shop at publix , no matter what kind of sale or discounts they offered. This publix has the worst customer service ever. I will never visit it again. I think two bad experiences is enough.

Very good grocery store located very close to I4. It has many other stores, gas stations and fast food restaurants outside. The toilets are pretty clean and staff are really polite and kind. Big parking lot outside.

Its a Publix so its great; but the Publix at Ovation just a dew minutes away on the same road is just that little bit better to make it worth spending the extra couple minutes to get to.

Its not far from our villa about a four minute drive away. Sometimes the staff pack your shopping in bags and actually bring it to your car. The restrooms are easily marked on a sign.
