I was not please when I was ready to pay at the back counter where they serve hot foods when employees who just arrived brush me to the side and took care of their coworkers instead. I brought it to the attention of the manager who did show compassion and was very embarrassed on what had occurred. Staff just needs to be more customer friendly.

I like coming here for a pleasent and smooth grocery shopping experience. Along with the food at the food bar, I love their rice and red beans when paired together. May sound simple, but youd be surprised at how salty someone can make rice sometimes. Or how bland it could get. But not at bravo their food is in perfect harmony!

Inviting and very homely. Had to come get some ingredients for a surprise dinner and had trouble finding my way around but was quickly helped by the young clerk on the floor(name escapes me) thank you. Very well stocked and a good variety of brands. Was in and out before closing.

Great spanish supermarket. Theres a bakery and dely in this store. Very busy during lunch time. Food is great with authentic Puertorican flavor. Prices a bit higher than in any conventional supermarket but they aim for Spanish customer.

The one thing I go to buy there is the provolone cheese because its so cheap but Bravos and Save-A-Lot have the toughest meat you ever wanted to eat go to Winn-Dixie if youre looking for some good meat

You can go for a hot spanish food for lunch or dinner and get fresh meals for a great price and the amount is even better. I even did a big pick up order for my wedding party and everyone loved it!!
