It is very refreshing when I walk into a Pet store and the employees have actual Expertise and high Aptitude in the area of Aquaria. I was very surprised with the Superb conditions in which the Fish and water had been so meticulously maintained. For once in my life I was impressed and challenged by the vast knowledge that these employees possessed. Also, Their Turtle tank is a formidable opponent to any Ive seen in other pet stores inspiring awe even for the most avid turtle lover....need I say more...Jonathan(helpful employee) is Bilingual( Spanish/English) too.

Been coming to this Petland for years because its the closest to me. Clean Petland but customer service is going down the drain. I was looking at a poster on a door where employees going in and out. I was told they need the space to clear. I told the staff I need to see this poster. That is the only poster that show the prices and the type of food they have. I spent about 15 minutes looking around for my Bearded Dragon plus calculating how much food I will buy. After spending my time and Im ready to order the staff tells me they only have superworms.

Worst petland ever. The staff is not very knowlegeable about their products and they try to rush you out of the store without fully answering your questions. I hate the feeling of feeling rushed to spend and get out of any establishment. Especially without any help at all whatsoever.

Well, now i have two Cats so it comes down to which one is closer to walk to, this one or Parkchester. And i live right on 174th. St. So this one may Win out. I have to go today. 6/4/2015 , So lets see how well Im treated. Ill change the stars if its not a good experience...

Amazing staff. They really care and have knowledge on everything! I moved from this area and I STILL go all the way back there to buy all my cats food/supplies from month to month. Also, theres a vet there on Saturdays for shots and check ups should you need it. -Maggie

Went there today for my new puppy and had a very helpful lady give me tips for him on training and all. Gave me toy ideas a n dont even told me to call if I needed help. Definitely returning

Mauricio the best technical water for fish tanks if you want your fish tank clean per month. mauricio is the man to keep your fish tank clean and your fish healthy I recommend is the best.

horrible i ve asked for 100 minnows only got 72 not including the ones that were dead, plants in the aquarium look sick, and lots of dead fishes in the tank. i will never go there again
