I needed a specific kind of vegetarian dogfood that the Petco where I live wouldnt order. The courteous employees there at Pet Goods not only ordered it for me and but had more on stock when I needed it. This store has plenty of items that Petco does not (go figure) and the people seem to genuinely care about their customers. The employees are friendly, care about animal welfare and are knowledgeable with the product range in the store. Put it this way, I drive out of my way to go to this store (2 towns over). And my dog doesnt mind going, since there are always dog lollipops involved.

The store it self appears to be veryclean and well stocked, but the cashier/floor manager "julie" was very dispectful and sassy when dealing with me . When asking her a question about change she laughed and began to edge on another female employee to start laughing out loud at me,very disrespect ful. I refuse to shop at an establishment where there is no true management,and a senior manager or owner is not availble to speak to me. I will take my business to pet co.

Great place to shop with the Woofs. Very helpful staff (especially Joe and Gina) that know their products from a pets point of view. Stock many non-imported foods and treats which are much more healthful for my dogs. The other places are basically an outlet for China made poisons. Good prices, discounts on the Pet Goods card and my pups always get a treat on the way out. Highly recommend Pet Goods for your pets needs.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS IF I HAD THE OPTION!! I have two snakes, and sometimes one of them (female ball python) would not eat for long periods of time. When I mention this to the staff, they give me great advice and tips, and now thanks to them, shes eating again. Other than that, staff is very nice and very smart if your pet has a problem. I RECOMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!!

Good prices on all types of animal supplies and feeders. Very large selection of dog and cat foods. My personal favorite place to pick up feeders for my reptiles & herps. Service is good. Good selection of aquatic supplies for both fresh & saltwater. They also carry various small animals and reptiles. The service is good and prices are definitely lower than other chain pet stores.

I have dealt with the management and they were very helpful. Even sending products from one store to the next within 24 hours to accommodate me. Very nice selection and prices. I drive about 20 minutes out of my way just to do business with them. They carry brands that most retailers do not.

Rip off, and terrible customer sevice, has deals when buy more but never has the inventory. Over priced animal, time to start breeding my own so I can save TONS OF MONEY. I AVERAGE $60 A WEEK IN RODENTS, NEVER GET A BREAK EVEN IF THEY DONT HAVE THE INVENTORY TO GET THE DEAL.

Bought a pet carrier at full price, clip was broken. Manager rudely said there are no returns (I just wanted an exchange for the piece). He said he cannot take the loss, selling defective merchandise at full price is a disgrace.

I went to get some dry live rock and I was able to hand pick it myself. The rock was definitely pest free which is amazing in my tank. Hoping to have the same results when I get some fish to stock my tank.

This place is huge so many choices. . wish they had more for turtles but overall a nice place with choices for days for your pet. Prices are great too.. Also alot of parking

Best price over pet smart, pet co, and petland on aquatic supplies. Feeder fish prices need to come down to petland prices which are the lowest.
