I originally went to trade in some African Cichlids. So I could set up a discus tank. I planned on getting my fish there until my experience tuned as bad as it gets. I brought my fish there, I hadnt set up the discus tank yet, so the owner said in the meantime take one of these catfish I just got in. Within 2 days it was dead and had white stuff on it. I was able to treat my tank but it had spread a pathogen to my water. Luckily no death but I had to treat the tank for 2 weeks. The owner of the store never contacted me after a month of trying to get an answer from him. Finally contacted me the other day denying any fault, like I dont know what Im doing. Says hes a business man for 40 yrs. I asked what he will do to make this right. No answer!! This place was an absolute joke!!! Gave him 6 nice African Cichlids and all I got was a sick catfish that died and gave my tank pathogens.

I went away for 3 weeks and I left my 2 beautiful blue macaws for Mr. Augie to take care of, I know Mr. Augie for over 12 years. I have always receive professional advise from Mr. Augie and l never been misled in any way. Mr Auggie has great Passion for his work, he loves animals and I dont think he will ever do anything to tarnish his reputation or hurt anyones pets. People I think Mr. Augie deserve your business, because he is a man of integrity and very respectful. Back to my birds I was very happy with the care of my birds when I came back home and the birds showed that happiness also. My birds and I love you Mr. Augie may God bless you And your business .

Worst place to buy fish from. I am an experienced aquarist, and I know what I am doing. Fishes bought from this store dont survive, and there is every chance that it will bring disease to your tank. Ill stay away from this store, or at best only sell and not buy. Most stuff are incredibly overpriced as well.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I purchase fish and supplies frequently. I have even had Augie (the owner) order fish like stingrays for me in the past. His stock in fish and birds far exceed what Petland offers. I am definitely a very satisfied customer.

Shopping there for years now he has the best selection of rare and hard to find exotic fresh water fish, and birds his prices are very reasonable and the store is by far the cleanest. Hes very professional and I wont even consider doing anywhere else

i would give it a zero but that is not an option. i was over sold a cockatiel and she had an infection before i purchased her based on what the vet said. unfortunately she has died and i had her less than a month. be very cautious.

Super great! The birds are so awesome and cute and the strore owner is awesome too! Recently bought a sun conure and she is great. I love her. I would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I was sold an emancipated bird. Only had her for 3 weeks. Multiple Vets says she was sick prior to the purchase.
