After 3 months of waiting they finally set up my pool and just left. Didnt get it running. Hoses are leaking, pump is leaking, moisture all around the bottom, pump is blowing out sand. They left my yard full of screws, bolts, left over parts, extra bags of sand, cardboard boxes. They left trash from their lunches; coffee cups, water bottles, food wrappers, cigarette wrappers. These people are terrible and should be ashamed of them selves!

I just had service work on my 5-year old Tropical Seas spa. Steve was the service tech. He could not have been more helpful and pleasant. He had the problem solved quickly. He then took the time to give me some spa maintenance and care tips that was very helpful. Thank you!

Worst customer service Ive ever received in my entire life. Seriously, Im not some disgruntled employee or something. These people are terrible! If your going to charge people super high mark-up at least back it up with some good customer service and follow up. Poor poor poor

Had a great experience purchasing our new spa. The sales folks are knowledgeable and helpful, I never felt pressured to buy anything. It was well worth the 50 minute drive to experience the wide selection of inventory!
