Be aware of the return policy. Its very expensive to return a bed!!!! Cost us over $500!!!! We got our bed after hearing how great it was. The first night neither my wife nor I slept. We both kept tossing and turning trying to find our number. Eventually my wife left and went to sleep in the guest room. For the next 5 nights I slept in the guest room while she found her number. Then we switched and I tried to find my number. after 5 nights of tossing I gave up. I went back to the guest room. I was even the one who pushed to get the bed. We got it because my wife has problems sleeping thru the night and we thought this would help. Needless to say it hasnt helped yet 30 days into it. We called to schedule a return and I was told it would cost a little over $500 to do so. part of that was we bought a non returnable cover ($153.99) but they charged us to set it up $169 and then they charge $199 to pick up. I had no intention of returning the bed when we bought it so I wasnt concerned about the return charges, but now that I dont like it or want it... It really bothers me that it is going to cost me overall $500 to return it.

I cannot believe how awesome this bed is. First I want to say how great our salesperson David was. He was so knowledgeable about the bed and showed us how he was going to find our sleep number and why that number. Instantly at 35 I felt like I was laying on a cloud. My husbands number was 45. He described all the accessories and explained that we could add to our bed later and that we didnt have to get them all at once. This was great for people like us on a budget. We took the plunge and bought the c2 queen and it was delivered in a few short days. It was easy to set up and we have had the best nights sleep we have ever had. We only wish we had bought this bed sooner. Great bed, great store. Love it!

The bed is great and I would highly recommend a sleep number bed to anyone. The local people were actually pretty good as well during the sale, but I could of used more help from them after the purchase and they were basically worthless. The delivery process was horrible, as it was late, the customer service people lied to us twice and basically made us miss 3 days of work as they kept missing their delivery times. If I were just rating the bed, Id give it 5 stars, but since the service to get the bed was so bad, Id just give it 3 stars

BUYER BEWARE!!! 6 months new our $4 k bed is not keeping air! Nothing sharp and animals like. There is no costumer service here, you have to call their help number and you have to figure out the problem yourself. ITS UNDER WARRANTY! YOU FIX IT YOURSELF! Just found out $179 service fee is not included in the warranty BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never buy from Sleep Number ever again! B.S. J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES! Talk to anyone who has ever had a problem! Waiting for over a week for my bed to be fixed by myself...
