Well let me start by saying on July 3rd I purchased a vehicle from the west nashville location my sales man was Mitchel Winchester. He was in charge of my whole transaction. At the time I was there u had 2 other people there with me and Mitchell went into the restroom and was gone for 7 to 10 minutes . When he returned he said " he had to snort a Roxy" before he sold me the car. At the time I was so excited about purchasing my new vehicle it didnt really click about what he had said. Five days into my purchase my car began to over heat and had axel and shifting into next gear problems on top of that my shocks and struts when out. At that time I began to think he was on drugs and sold me a bad car so I called the manager or CFO Steve Winchester unknowingly it was Mitchells father which he did not tell me this until I had reported the drug use and I was concerned about someone doing drugs during my transaction. After several terrible phone calls and demeaning comments made by Danny apparently the manager. They agreed to fix my car in full and wave the remainder 400 dollar deposit. Thag time I thought all was good even after expressing my concern. They said they fixed my car they did not still over heats and doesnt shift into next gear. Then on July 29th the repo my car due to retaliation. For me exposing the drug use so now I am out 800$$ and no car with only my next payment not due till August 4th. Now they are refusing to give me the car and want full payoff on the contract. When in the beginning all I wanted was my 800 dollars back. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. This place is a scam and a rip off and down right dirty business. With illegal transactions. Please spread the news. So basically I payed 800 dollars on a car to drive less than a month that was breaking down. Horrible customer service managers that cuss you out and down grade you "Danny" being the manager wont even show his face at the symrna office but will downgrade you on the phone.. everyone please BE AWARE.

We came to this company to help my son earn some credit and it has been nothing been a nightmare. He was promised one car, then they changed it to another car and then they changed their minds again and put him in a car with over 200K miles. In the first 30 hours the check engine light came on, we took it to "their" mechanic and they claimed nothing was wrong. Guess what? The light is still on. Then the Maintenance Required light came on. And then last night the starter gave out. This is in only having the car 4 month (as of now). Everytime I call I get rude jerks on the phone and they couldnt care less about helping their customers. When I have gone there to make a payment, the individual at the desk has refused to take my payment because I wasnt on my sons buyer list. They have told me to make the payment over the phone or online. Really? How rude do they have to be? The car is a lemon (it even has a piece of paper folded up holding one of the storage drawers shut - they put it that way). I wouldnt recommend anyone go threw the abuse they give. I can say everytime we call we are treated poorly. One individual even told my son that if his payment was late that he would have to come up with $1000.00. How convenient that they refuse to fix the piece of garbage they picked for my son (he did not pick this car), but they surely want their cash, dont they? Im tired of every single individual that I have spoken to on the phone talk down to me as if I dont know what I am talking about. Its ok for them to belittle you, but God forbid you stick up for yourself. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else, please.

I went to AutoMasters on Charlotte Pike to buy a new car. I havent had a car for the last two years so I was nervous and scared that I wouldnt be able to get a car today. I met Darrius and he made me feel very comfortable for me to find a car just right for me. He was very patient since I couldnt decide what I want to purchase but he helped me along the way. He was very respectful and nice to me. The battery in the car died and it was Darrius that put a brand new battery in the car. I never seen that before at any car lot. Now I have a brand new car in great working condition. I highly recommend going to AutoMasters on Charlotte Pike and ask for Darrius for your next car. You will not regret it.

I just got my car and I wished I wouldnt have gotten it from them. For I was lied to about a few things for one they told me all cars had oil changes and all fluids checked when they purchased them well Ive had mine not even a month and it needs a oil change I dont drive much because Im a stay at home mom it also had no windshield washer fluid in it. Which isnt no big deal I was lied to the. My girlfriend also got a car from them and her battery went dead before a month was up and they wouldnt replace it so she had to pay for another one. We was lied to about the referral fee they advertise150$ if you refer someone they only gave her 100. Too many lies and it took almost 2 hours.

Just bought a car from Mitch at the West Nashville location on 8/13/2015. Went to the location delt with Mitch and enjoyed everything that he showed me. I then called another car lot and they had something that I THOUGHT I wanted and when I got there the car was beat up. I then went to the Madison location contacted Mitch and he brought the car that I wanted to that location. The process did take awhile, but it was well worth it. I will be purchasing another car from Mitch and Company in just a few days. Thanks guys.. Will be seeing you soon for another one.. Hope you have that SUV that we want as well.

Initially things were good when I went to auto masters. It wasnt until I had problems with the sales guy lying on several different occasions. Later I was called regarding my plates and was told I had to pay for them, but the sales guy never said that and he argued with me not once, but several times and just would not admit he may not have mentioned I had to pay a fee. I told him he was a bad sales rep and he told me I was a horrible customer. Way to be professional. Most dealerships add this in the pricing. Not all locations I assume are bad, just this one. Worst experience ever.
