I am a single mother and had a horrible experience at Wolff Automotive. I have had the vehicle for almost three weeks and it has gone back four times, each time promising work was being done on the vehicle only for the problem to still exist. After speaking to the salesman ( Brad Wise ) and getting no resolution I spoke with his father the owner hoping I could get assistance. Instead of Decent /Fair customer service ( cannot say Good customer service because I think they need a class in customer service and overall human decency ) He blatantly dismissed me. Im not a rude individual, I was polite and tried to explain the vehicle was not safe. I was redirected to another dealership with a warranty. I have been affiliated with the military for over 15 yrs and have never been met with such disrespect. Any and All Military Personnel BE VERY CAUTIOUS... Dont spend your hard earned dollars there. They truly need a course in customer service.

I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from here if I were you. We purchased a vehicle back over 2 months ago and still have not received our license plates. Our drive out tags have expired and we are unable to drive our vehicle legally. I have been promised our tags would be mailed out 3 times, the last time being told that they would overnight them to us. Now that another payment is due, the dealer says they wont mail the tagsuntil they get yet another payment.......Funny because they have been promised to us a week before our payment was due. Now the dealer wants to play games. Time to call the BBB and report all this. BUYER BEWARE

They lie about everything. They tell you they will fix any issues your car has in the first 30 days, but after 11 visits (on the car that has nothing wrong with it....) in 2 weeks they hand you a bill. They tell you all these "perks" but the moment you need anything other then a lie they claim they never said it. They laugh at you when your car just stops working and your mechanic says its going to cost more to fix it then the vehicle works.

Some of the best people i dealt with. I bought a truck and couldnt afford it due to job situations they never called or bugged me about the money. 3 months later they came got it due to non payment. If they would allow me to ever do business with them again i would im currently stable in my job situation. And they talk to you friendly like they have known you for years

These guys are great! They do not put any kind of pressure on a buyer. They are there to help people. They are family owned and operated and they are always willing to work with people any way that they can. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!
