The customer service in this store is EXCELLENT!!!! They are determined to make sure that their customers are satisfied upon leaving the store. The prices are reasonable and if you need extra cash they do the best to give you the most for your item. Some people go to stores like this trying to get top dollar on their items; what people have to realize is that if you have an XBOX 360 or laptop, these items lose value because of the ever changing tech we have out; however the people at the Exchange shop are really geared to being fair and want your business. So go in there look around and you will find something that will catch your eye. Also if you have children they are really great with kids, like any store just make sure your children are well behaved when going in there, no running or touching because with any store a broken item is bad for you and the business owners.

I just got my experience without going into the place, very unprofessional. I dont understand how you can post online your business hours and when you call the place they dont pick up at first when they did there was an attitude then after i talked to the guy at 2:00 pm he says hes already closed for the day. But online it says 3:00 pm. His response well im closing for the day well looking at the reviews and seeing how responded to my phone call i wont recommend this business nor will i give him business.

The man behind the counter shops for himself. He is rude! And on all accounts a robber. Their website says they buy ANYTHING OF VALUE. No. They dont. If this is your only choice .... DONT,! They are shady and you will regret it.
