This was my first and LAST experience with any pawn shop. I should have listened to my gut and didnt. First they switched my diamond earrings ( that my deceased parents gave me ) , only reason i took them there was because I was severely grief-stricken and very desperate for money because I am on disability and my husband was in desperate need of an MRI which was not covered by our insurance and did not want to go to family so I made the grave mistake of trusting these lying Crooks. They replaced my diamond earrings with cubic zirconias which I knew immediately upon looking at them and then one of my gold rope necklaces was missing 14 karat gold. The police told me that theres been many many complaints about this shop all pawn shops but this one in particular and that unless I wanted to go to small claims court there was not much that could be done and frankly I did not think it was worth the time or money for that so I hope all of you out there who are thinking about going read this and change your mind dont do it its not worth it why take the chance they are horrible people with no conscience.

Oh my gosh, theres only one knowledgeable person there. I took a DeWalt 12" miter saw there to get a loan on it. It took the guy 15 mins to find it on eBay, he said I can give you $20, he was looking up PARTS for the saw!!! Id had enough. So I took it to Clinton twp on Gratiot and 16 and got a$60 loan, they didnt even have to look it up, I hadnt gotten a decent price on anything yet, but they are convenient location, I just wont go there if I want a good price on something

I love this place I am going their tomorrow the only thing they do not accept is flags and when I went their I tried to sell my iPod clock radio they wanted $5.00 dollars for it and then I took it back home

Tools are outrageously priced some are brand new and they want retail for them but all sales are final and you get no warranty.
