We decided to wander into Ashley Furniture after finally finding a free day between moving from Oregon to Ohio and didnt really know what to expect since it had been our first time. We didnt even know what we were looking for, but went in with the mindset that we would know it when we saw it. We were greeted by Sean, who helped us through our whole experience. He was knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and laidback, which we thought was fantastic since we dont like aggressively pushy sales experiences. He would regularly check in with us while we perused the showroom and sat on every couch, loveseat, bed and ottoman. We fell in love with two pieces of furniture--a bed frame and a bar--and Sean made the process seamlessly smooth to purchase and setup delivery. Sean was great and his level of service was too. I would absolutely recommend going to Ashley Furniture and I anticipate going back there for future purchases!

We went to just browse for sofas, but Ty Derrow was so helpful and so nice that we ended up buying one! He helped us with every process along the way. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks Ty! Edit: Although we had a great sales experience, the delivery was a different story. Ty was very helpful in helping us take off the delivery fee, but the delivery people are a nightmare. We had told them numerous times the correct number to call when they arrived. Completely disregarded this and called the wrong number (my SO was in a meeting at work and was unable to pick up the call). When he finally was able to contact them, they said no one was home and had left. Blamed us for not giving us the right number, even though we did at least 3X. Then, told us that the next delivery would be until 4 days from now. What a nightmare and completely disappointed at their attitude.

This was our second time at the Ashley Furniture store in Mason and, like the previous time we were in, we had great service! This time around, my fiancé and I knew that we needed a slim, console table for our entryway hall. Richard was warm and welcoming while we browsed and jokingly argued over what pieces wed want to furnish our house with. Richard suggested a slim-profiled cabinet that exceeded our needs and added extra storage to our original idea of what we had wanted for that space. Since moving from Oregon two months ago, weve been in twice and have had excellent experiences on both ocassions. We worked with Sean the first time and he emailed us for this most recent purchases delivery letting us know that we could have an earlier delivery date. Great follow through by a helpful and low-pressure staff. Still would recommend.

Ty was AMAZING. From start to finish I was happy with the service. He was Friendly and Professional from the beginning. He didnt push for the sale, and was around if I needed any questions answered. When passing other sales associates in the store, they were warm and friendly and asked me how I was doing. I was very impressed with the consistency of customer service excellence they were trying to achieve. When making my purchase, they were very helpful in making it easy from the delivery to the total purchase. Randi was also wonderful. She made sure that Ty was taking care of me and making sure my visit was amazing. I was very impressed that the team worked together to make sure that nobody was left behind and mutli-tasking to help keep the service up. I will be visiting this location in the future for all of my furnishing needs.

After shopping around at a number of stores went into the Ashley Mason store and was greeted by Sean. Told him I was looking for several pieces of furniture and that I had seen a chair online that I liked. He was able to find me the chair and I also bought a couch and dining room set. He worked hard and gave me the best prices. A few months had past now and ready to purchase some other items. The day I came in I was greeted by Jocelyn, as Sean was off, however she was willing to help me and said she would work with Sean and again give me the best prices. And she did, and again was very pleased with knowledge and customer service I received both for Sean and Jocelyn. I would highly recommend asking for either of them when shopping at the Mason location. I am very satisfied with all my purchases.

We went to several stores in June to see what options we might have to furnish our new home. Only Ashley combined the quality, selection and value we were looking for. Moreover, we were impressed and grateful for Assistant Manager Sean Chenaults conscientious assistance and no-pressure approach. We felt good about returning to Ashley in August to make our final selections and purchases, and Mr. Chenault didnt disappoint. He patiently answered our questions, ensured that we got the best price for our items, and was both kind and tolerant to our two small children, even though it was at the end of the day and everyone was tired. We are so pleased with our purchase, and even more so with our overall shopping experience. Thanks for the great customer service!

Rewriting this review--So, 2 months later I am home from work while a repair tech fixes my new but uneven chair legs for our kitchen set. Very disappointing that screws are falling out and the chair legs were not tested for quality before the table was sent out for delivery. Next time I will be buying Amish(hand-made) wood working, this only happens from stuff from a factory. A 1/4 inch gap between chair legs and the floor is noticeable by anyone regardless of their knowledge of wood-working. The staff at the Ashley home store was amazing and I hope that the company they work for will produce products that match the quality of their employees.

We walked in and were approached by Chris who greeted us in a very friendly, no pressure kind of fashion, which we really appreciated. We walked around for about an hour or so trying out different sets. Chris would swing by every 10 minutes or so and quickly ask us if we had any questions and provided us with any info he could regarding are inquiries. Without writing a short story, we received a great deal on a great piece! This is by far the best experience weve had making a furniture purchase. Thank you Chris, for a job very well done! I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Ashley Furniture. I had seen the living room suite on line, but wanted to see it in person before we bought. The salesman we had was Ty, and he was so helpful and informative, even after we had spent at least a half hour in the store. We will go back and ask for him when we decide to buy a dining room set. I am very picky about sales people and I have walked out of furniture stores in years past because I didnt like the sales person. He answered all our questions and gave my husband all the detailed info that men like. Ashley is my favorite furniture store now.

I stopped in the store this week to look at new furniture because they were having a no interest promotion. Ty greeted us right away and let us wander through the store to look. When I was ready to make my decision he was very professional and attentive. I even called back later to add on another piece and he helped me again the next day when I called back yet again. When I stopped in again to finalize the last piece added to my purchase, Chris and Sean made the addition smooth and easy. Big thank you to Ty, Chris, and Sean for excellent customer service!
