I spent over $4100 at this store. I ordered f ull living room set with tables and was told I had to buy lamps so I did that and I even bought a large rug to go with it. I also purchased a dinette set. My husband and I were told our furniture would be arriving the following Wednesday and that our Cocktail table that goes with the living room set would come after either Thursday or Friday. Well Friday came and I had not heard from the store so I called, the woman who answered told me our order would be delivered Sept 1st; THATS 3 MONTHS FROM NOW. Our sales man did not tell us this, so she put him on the phone, he told me that he did not know that this was the date and that this was the first he had heard of it too. He made some excuses as to why this may have happened, but offered only the resolution to come in and select different tables (Um, hello, I already did that once). I asked to speak to the store Manager who called us back about 5 minutes later, (Justin) told my Husband and I that they could order it and have it delivered for July 7th. So let me get this clear. I bought over $4,100 worth if furniture, we are told we will get our cocktail table at the end of the week and when I hear nothing, I HAVE TO CALL, to hear them tell me that it is not going to be delivered until September and then the sales man makes excuses and then the manager tells Me July 7th. I know this sounds like issue solved, but how? This is terrible communication and terrible customer service. Justin the store Manager was not sympathetic, he just made excuses like his sales man did. I told Justin that I wanted to speak to his Supervisor. (His Response) Why? Really I need to tell you why? Because this is terrible customer service. If I had not called I would be receiving our cocktail table 3 months from now. Justin said well I do not see any reason for you to talk to him, I told you I could have it delivered July 7th. Ok, I understand that Justin, but I feel your boss needs to know the customer service issues we have had. Justin and I went back and forth on this for several minutes, I finally told him "Fine, I will find out who he is myself and let him know you refused to let me speak to him". Just told me "I am not refusing to speak to him", Ok well then what is his name, he told Me Dan, ok his last name, Justin then told me, I will have him call you. . I was just frustrated with this and told Justin fine and told him that he needed to work on his customer service quality, he laughed and sarcastically said ok. He really laughed at me. Mind you I am a business owner and My Husband is VP of the company he works with. We UNDERSTAND consumers and customer Service. Do they? This has got to be the worst sales experience I have encountered. Between NO communication, to MIS-COMMUNICATION to being laughed at and not really having anyone to help us. I have gotten My bedroom from Rooms-To-Go 7 Years ago, I love it, got My step kids their beds there, this is the first issue and no one tried to help me or make us happy about our concerns. I suggest you look elsewhere when purchasing furniture. I know I will be. (I will be posting this review in other places, I think people need to know how terriable this store is). P.S. A day later we still have not heard from "Dan".

Usually i never write reviews, but todays experience at this Alpharetta store made me write this whole long review. We have visited this store at least 5 times before we finally decided on the complete package of furniture we wanted to buy. Sales person Tim Coffey was extremely helpful and gave us enough information which we wanted. Finally we made a purchase of Dining set, King bedroom set , Queen Bed, and Living Room Set totaling to $8000. The next day we realized that we wanted to do some changes to this order and called up Tim and he agreed to do those changes and promised to come in evening and take new order invoice. In The evening the real problem started at the Billing Department (Tim had left for the day) - the first lady who had our Invoice and Tickets had no idea how the Bills were adjusted between our Credit cards and the Synchrony Bank Credit Card. When we asked her to explain the Bill and how money is being adjusted - she has no knowledge on what Tim did.She showed no interest in taking any efforts to explain to us anything. When we urged her to explain the Bill again , then her Manager named DONI pitched in. She is worst Sales Person/Billing Department manager i have ever seen. We wanted to have maximum amount of order to be put on the synchrony Credit Card. But this lady – DONI showed such PATHETIC attitude telling us that they CANNOT do anything to have done. When we replied her - "if thats case we wouldn’t want to buy the stuff". Then came her real attitude showing her Lips (making sign of kiss with lips) telling us (in a threatening way mockingly ) that “you would not cancel the order and you will come back to me again “. Then she started looking for loop holes to scare us - (reminding us the consequences/losses we will have if we cancel the order ) and showed us a body language that we will not cancel the order. 1>First Doni started to scare us if we cancel the order we will not get any discounts , next time ( Actually there were no dscounts on the order) 2>Secondly she started telling we will not get same delivery dates 3>Then finally she tried to look if it was already 48 ours past we placed the order ( luckily we were within 24 hours of order) This way she had no points to lock us up with the order. After a whle lot of discussion and argument with her we cancelled our whole order of worth $8000 and asked them to return the money back to our credit cards. I decided to buy the similar stuff from American Signature. The whole thing is recorded in the camera near the Billing Department of this store. Managers of this store please look this video that happened between 7 pm and 8 pm today. This store will surely loose business if such Managers like DONI are recruited.

Disgusting service. If I could give no stars, that would be too many for them. We spent over two hours in this location and I regret every minute. Our sales associate Tim, was uninterested in what we were looking for and told us we could look around for a ottoman we liked, and waved his finger in a general direction. My husband was looking at a sales chart and another associate came up to him, told him can I see that and grabbed it straight out of his hand. I guess her telling him was appropriate enough for her. When asking Tim for a manager he said, well you can tell me and I will help you. So we mentioned the rude lady and he went to tell Darnell the manager and he couldnt care less. I was watching them talk and my husband walked past him and Darnell didnt even bother to stop my husband and see what was wrong and how he could help. So I asked if he was the manager and if he was even going to bother helping the situation. He said he didnt know what I was talking about. We left because we refused to give this DISGUSTING company a single dollar. We walked over to ASHLEY FURNITURE and was greated with so much respect and assistance that in 30 minutes we had a couch and ottoman ordered and will most definitely return there. I wish we would have followed our gut on the ratings here. Rooms To Go, you failed big time and lost several thousands.
