High disappointed in the 3300 E Broad St, Mansfield, TX 76063 location. I did the online grocery order due to me being sick on 1/11/2017 pick was for 1/12/2017 between 6-7 PM. Still not feeling good on my pick up day but as a mom of 2 I needed stuff for my kids lunch and dinner. I receive a phone call at 5:35 staying that no one could complete my order and I could come after 5 PM 1/13/2017. A day that is convent for who because it isnt for me and you had well over enough time to get my order ready. Now what am I to do about dinner for my family and school lunch? Remind you I am under the weather. Kroger is my store of choice, however I have never had this issue with WalMart and had I known you guys couldnt live up to a service you offer, I could have used WalMart. I have worked all day and I just want to get dinner for my family going and lunch and relax but no now I have to physically go into a store and pick all this stuff out all over again.

Be prepared to stroll! This grocery has everything you can imagine, and more. I am not "provincial" having served guests from several european countries at my fishing lodge in Alaska. Yet, I am glad to have my phone with me when shopping here in order to check out items I am not familiar with in gourmet section! Organics are plentiful, and fresh produce is fresh!! Clothing, homewares, stationary, some automotive...they meet all my needs in one stop. Oh, and you can sit for a coffee from starbucks as well. Take a tour today.

Needed Asian fish sauce for a recipe, checked at Walmart, Albertsons and Tom Thumb with no luck. My Kroger experience, walked in, no employee contact at all, went to oriental section, found two varieties of fish sauce, made my decision, checked out at self serve register, left, still no employee contact, neither initiated nor received. Total time in store less than 8 minutes. Couldnt comment about anything else.

Its so great that this Kroger offers online grocery ordering. Using "ClickList" I can make an online grocery order and they bring it out to my car. All my produce and meats have been excellent quality. As a mom with young kids, I will make the longer drive to come here so that I dont have to drag my kids into the store for big grocery runs. Thank you Kroger for offering this service!

Since when can a grocery store not sell you Fre which is a non alcoholic wine when you dont have a Texas drivers license? Then my husband who has a Texas drivers license pulled his out and the lady said we both have to have a Texas drivers license. I will be calling the store manager, Ive been buying alcohol with my out of state license here since September! Never once been denied.

This store bends over backwards to help customers, always has an attendant ready to help, has an amazing clearance section, and a liberal return policy. They have just about everything you need for your home, even clothing. Wanda, one of the Managers, is one of the sweetest people ever. Charlene, the Barista at Starbucks, is so awesome too. I highly recommend this store.

This Kroger is a super store that has everything. It is extremely clean and they maintain their produce freshness by rotating it out frequently. Every morning they have a rack of over baked items that are on Clearance to half price near the bakery. If you are into all the health foods or gluten-free items they have a section of the store with aisles just for that as well.

Good selections of many speciality items. Has a limited selection of clothing and small appliances, along with kitchen items and things. Reminded me of a small Super Target with a focus on high quality specialty foods... but still not as unique as say a Whole Foods or Sprouts. All in all, a great store for larger selections than your typical Krogers.

My wife and I went grocery shopping for 14 to 15 items and we had already put our items on the belt counter thing when the register lady told us to move our stuff to another register because we were on the express lane for no more than 15 items. I thought it was rude because the lady in front of me had more items than me. Really bad customer service.

The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE! We called in our prescription and they said it would be 20 minutes. An hour later, they are still working on it. This has happened time and time again. Sometimes, weve had the doc call it in in the morning and by 5 pm, its still not complete. And their service is awful as well. Stay away!

Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. Produce is the worst I have come across and their baggers dont know what they are doing. They dont touch my items any longer when I HAVE to shop there. This store has potential, but it is clear management only care on how the store looks and not about the customer needs.

Great place love going here. Nice, close, and convenient. The downside is shelves are commonly not stocked. Especially like the milk in the back. You usually have to hunt someone down to get some milk and instead of stocking it so that everyone can get milk. They usually just give you what you need and move on.

I order a birthday cake for my child & the name was misspelled the bakery lady tried to fix it & I didnt like the way the icing blended so the store manager came & had them re do it and then gave it to me for free and gave me a toy also. .. excellent service & the bakery lady was more than apologizing enough

Absolutely love coming to the Kroger location at least once a month. Its worth the drive. It is a very big and nice location, with a much bigger selection of products than a lot of other places. They sell home related goods and clothes, which is a big plus. Employees here are always very friendly as well.

Good place, as long as management can keep the front of the store looking clean (which seems to be a challenge sometimes) Im a customer. Its the small things that keep people coming back. Food is usually ok; seem to run out of popular items without restocking; better ordering?

Huge selection of grocery items, deli meats and wine. Service is decent but cant really blame them it always seems busy when I go. Prices are fair but you are paying for the quality shopping experience and it makes it worth while also fuel points are the BEST.

Come to this location very often and frequently. Very clean and lots to choose from. Being jewelry, clothes, toys, furniture, an of course your food. Very clean and staff is helpful. Recommend driving a couple miles to visit an come to this local Kroger.

Very poor customer service and your on hold for atleast 6 bad songs and 3 different employees before then being told you cant speak to a manager. There hiring process takes about 2 months also due to rosas incompetence. Better luck elsewhere!

I enjoy shopping at this store. Its always clean and never too crowded. Its quiet and the ambience is nice. You can find all kinds of food, home accessories and pharmacy needs. Plus they have clothing and toy departments.
