Purchased some items from their clearance area and specifically asked the cashier if he had taken the 50% off on the items. He answered "yes", but upon arriving home I discovered that 2 of them had not discounted. Drove back and went to the service counter. No one was there. I waited. A service manager walked past me and did not acknowledge me and went to the self check area. Finally, I walked over to her and asked if no one was in Customer Service. She the decide to help me and took me to customer service and refunded my 50%, all the time acting as if she really did not like her job. Sigh.....

Never go to this pharmacy! The most awful service Ive ever received. All four of the workers appear to be busy, but in fact, they dont do anything. Two days have already passed, and I waited more than an hour last night, and they are still not ready ‘preparing’ the medications for my kids! I was told that preparing the medications would take about 15-20 minutes. It was a huge mistake deciding to stop by this pharmacy. Such a waste of time, and I still have to go to a different pharmacy. I will definitely never make a stop there again!

This is my go to grocery store in the area, even thought there are a ton of options. This place is generally well stocked, and will open registers based on the number of people in line. I also like that I can get my car registration and have blood drawn all in one place.

Not very impressed with the transition from Safeway to Albertsons. Old selections not available and many have been discontinued. I will be switching over to a newer Kroger or Whole Foods when it opens. Personally Im tired of not locating what I went to the store for.

Clean store. Irritated that you need a rewards card to get the discount. Why do I have to take a rewards card that I am going to throw away? Where I come from, there is a store courtesy card for out of town. #inconvenient

The manager in the bakery has no idea what she is doing. she has a sarcastic attitude and low-quality food. She needs to go to cooking school to know what is even in her face before she poison somebody with rotten food.

Best coustmer service I have ever experienced. All employees really care about helping you. The deli and bakery department are phenomenal. The pharmacy is super fast and pharmacist is very knowledgeable.

Nice place with an excellent selection. Tom Thumb has 2 locations in Coppell. This is the "good one". The other location at Macarthur and Belt Line is the "bad one".
