Nice clean store and very pleasant to shop in. However, the customer service is questionable. I went there today and the cashier actually walked away from the register to go out in the store and find a price because the lady in front of me kept showing her the sale paper and arguing about a price. They had a long discussion before she left the register. I had already unloaded my groceries on the belt and couldnt believe she was going to walk all the way to the back of the store to resolve a price question. Who does that?? My husband says everyone does that in grocery stores in Texas. I really cant believe that. Why cant they call someone for a price check?

i only go there for their sales.very over priced store but the 8$a hour person that works there thinks you should pay these ridiculous prices when they cant afford to buy the baloney lunch meat in this store with what they get paid.OK a far as no customers.very quiet thats a plus but I will stick to Audis or winco.Tom Tumb could use some new and younger employees. Old people get cranky at these jobs. I can understand. Its not the tosh ma hall lol.Its a grocery store.A good place to get your first job.

This Tom Thumb is clean with a good variety of foods (groceries), produce and convenience meals. Good selection of Organic products. (Organic Produce selection can be a little of a miss sometimes). Very nice Floral Department along with gift items, greeting cards and extensive magazine selections.

Friendly and helpful employees. I couldnt reach the brand of water I needed because they had cases of water stacked on the floor in front of the shelves. I wish they would offer more brands of gluten free breads (refrigerated) & more organic products.

Couldnt get any help in the meat department. I wasted 15 minutes going to this place. Walked out with nothing because I couldnt get anyone to get me a simple pack of boneless skinless chicken breast! Customer service needs huge improvements.

Honestly not all that great here. They rarely have what I need and there is NEVER a check lane open. I have been inside many times when there are 6 people waiting to be checked out on the U-Scan and not one lane is open.

I went to the Floral shop to have a bouquet made. The department manager who took and prepared the bouquet was awesome at helping me figure out my arrangement. It was all I hoped It would be. Will be back!

They have some REALLY good deals from time to time! Staff is nice. Customer service could use some help or professionalism. They take forever to help you but other than that I like going there.

Average grocery store. Very slow, only one cashier open most of the time. Self check open all the time. Store very clean. Theres a Starbucks inside. Employees pretty nice. Plenty of parking.

Always be sure to check the expiration dates when shopping at this location. It never fails that I grab something that has been expired for weeks or months at this store.

A little more expensive than Walmart or Aldi, but never crowded. Can get in and out quickly. Make sure you check dates on products. Especially ice-cream.
